fob not always work central locking

seen you tube vid, re programing remote fob going to try in the morning in out in out key in ign thing with doors locked then pressing remote see if helps, failing that nissan main dealer for new key fob blah anyone know cost please? or... fit cat 1 alarm does o/e central locking need to be inhibited/switched off in order for another to work, cheers

Might be missing something but just a new battery required? Both my fobs died at the same time the other month. 2 new batteries inserted, no reprogramming, and all hunky dory again.

trying to get new keyfob, what dictates the hz i have established its 125hz gather the uk ones 433hz could it be as easy as swapping over transponder ring on barrel for uk spec and just going to nissan for fob?:

job done, found locksmith supplied me with fob, programmed wasnt problem being 315hz import happy days done in an hour
