Band Bumper Damage

Was repairing my headlight when rain came so stopped work. left my bumper off the wind picked up and smashed it to bits nearly. i have repaired all splits. Really need some help on how to get a good finish on it though.

 

This is how i found it **** both lower corners split also a split from right headlight down. nearly completely in half.

 

I need some help after repairing and a bit of filler. dont think i can Wrap it unless it has new paint. but might as well spray it. want to get a good finish though.

Think I'd just get a second hand one tbh.

The black is primer over where the tears and splits are. i done this to try and get the filler perfect. Not sure on the next steps though appart from wet and dry the whole thing.

i got an

bumper but the guy down the spray shop recons £400 to spray it. some thing about it having Gel-coat mold.

I bought it through tarmac sportz .

I dont know what kit my car has on it tbh. some one said Drift King dose look a bit like it. hence why i want to get the orig bumper looking sharp again.
