Auto Window on Passenger Side

I really do love my car but there's one thing that annoys me.

 

My passenger window goes down with one touch, as does my drivers. However it does not come back up with one touch, I have to hold it.

 

This may sound minor but I often lock the car and then realise the window isn't closed on the passenger side, potenitally allowing any scallys passing by to steal my Celine Dion CD collection.

 

Is this normal on all 370z's?

I thought all the cost saving by NIssan was made through the (lack of) rear sound deadening.....not cool
