Number plate light recommendations

Hey

One of my number plate lights have gone out and I'm looking to replace them.

Existing ones are

I'm looking for brighter and more of an even spread so it's more OEM.

 

I did see these ones but not sure if they will just create two light spots on the number plate which I'm trying to avoid:

Led lights are much brighter and look better buddy. Try the online auction site for them they are nice and cheap. Mine look great.

I'll go out and take a pic in a mo, I have the https://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-X-tremeVision-CeraLight-Bulbs-8000k/dp/B014L4X9L2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1474235150&sr=8-3&keywords=philips+501 although they cost about a tenner less than that normally.

i bought these and they are fantastic better then any bulbs.

Sarg, I have a reverse camera so I can't use the ones you sent a link of

Philips ones look good but at £23.50 it's a lot!

Any other recommendations on ones on eBay even?

I fitted the cheapest ones I could get my hands on when mine went pop Out of all the lights on my car, they're the ones I care about the least.

Does putting led bulbs not flag any errors up at all? Just wondering as im a newbie zed owner 😊

I haven't had any problem with LED sidelights and plate bulbs although I did use slightly more expensive bulbs than what people would normally use.
