wilo Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 (edited) okay guys just been to pick the 350 up after its service and brakes been done . on way home i noticed this noise (sounded like those clacker things on kids bike spokes) any how when i got her home i found this clip sticking out of calliper and looks like its catching on disk studs ...any ideas as to how to fix as it doesnt seem to want to push in flush like near side side Edited September 16, 2016 by wilo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The damage is done so just bend it out the way with a large screw driver. Never ever seen this before and I've changed thousands of sets of pads. Drive carefully on way back to garage and read the riot act once there. The pad with the warning device should also be on the inside pad. Shocking level of service.
