Radio problems, HELP!!

So I'm after swapping out the standard Bose head unit to an aftermarket one.

 

The problem I have is that I can't seem to fine the right adapter to make it work. It's bringing my head unit on but no sound. It's not turning the standard Bose amp on!

 

I really can't be bothered swapping it all out I just want a different head unit lol

 

It can't be that difficult and someone must know what the lead and part number is....
