Harness install help

See I don't think u get eye bolts with the takata harnesses.

So I assume it's just a 7/16" unf then. Anyone any idea of the length? I would check myself but I'm away with work at the moment.

I just bought standard length ones from GSM Performance.

I've been looking on there and there is 4 different lengths to choose from for the single bolts. For the bolt and plate that's one single length

Just measure the length of the OEM bolt and match it as close as possible mate

Hardest part is where to chose to mount the eyebolt and plate on the trans tunnel.

i just put mine in my seat subframe

Most dangerous thing you can do!

Just remind me where the stock seat belt buckle is bolted to

Completely different with stock seat belts. They're designed in a certain way hence why every road going car has them. And also you're securing a buckle not a complete independent lap strap. Seen various harness companies say not to mount to seat bracket. Hence why they sell the load spreading plates and eyelets.

Use at your own risk ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Also I guess these instructions of mount lap belt to the rail must be wrong too?

or this one Existing anchor points well in the Z that is on the subframe?

Page 42 from Scroth, Eye bolts for snap on brackets May be installed either to another mounting point provided by the car manufacture.
