Vq35hr one step colder

Hi guys, gathering my equipment for a nitrous install, and the last thing to buy is one step colder plugs for my HR, I have read a few us sites but can not find an actual heat range or part number to use, some have even mentioned 370Z plugs, can anyone confirm what spark plug to use? Thanks
