Fitting prices for inner bush replacement

uys..i just a new whiteline inner bush kit after discovering mine had failed three days ago. I fired off an email to garage whifbitz who are based in enfield north london askin for a price quote to have these fitted and they quoted me £450 plus tracking. That sounds a bit dear to me..does that sound about right to anyone?

It's a very simple job to do, you just need a press to get the old bushings out (or with a threaded rod and sockets).

It really doesn't take long at all.

Booked in with japex for the 22nd of june for bush fitting. Only free time i have not including japex's own busy schedule. Least thats sorted now.

They have a good reputation, and with these cars I'd stick with specialists if you don't have the time/tools/space yourself.

 

Are you supplying the bushings yourself ?

If you are (cheeky plug ahoy), I have a couple for sale, an unused set and one that just came off of the car (pics coming) as I put monoball ones in:
