Help diagnosing my clutch please?

Hey guys, I have a 2008 350z with 70k on the clock and a new 'clutch pack' (according to the receipt) about 10k ago. Car is new to me though.

It has the most difficult clutch I've ever experienced on a car, and I've owned a heap of manual sports cars in the past, including one with a paddle clutch.

In fact this car acts like it has a paddle clutch fitted, even though it can't have. Symptoms:

- REALLY high bite point

- power comes in all at once, right at the top of the bite point

- there is almost no way to feed the clutch in smoothly unless I give the car loads of revs (2-2.5k)

- if I don't give it quite enough, the car will hesitate strongly and threaten to stall

- 3,4,5,6th gear all fine. Issues mainly with gears 1 and 2

- coasting at low speed in 2nd gear with clutch fully engaged, car threatens to stall much earlier than I'd expect, for such a powerful engine

I have read on here that 350s have a high bite point. Am I just being a wuss? 😬
