yes true, but actually the HD is a very good product, and value for money is good as I have used it countless times, and it still looks like I haven't touched the jar! If you look at reviews on 'cleanyourcar' you will see that many people rate it highly even against the detailing specific market.

 

Can't say I've used it but I've never heard any criticism of HD to be fair.

 

Also never seen a detailer use it but for regular waxing I should imagine it's decent
