Luke350
Passenger window goes up and down fine when using passenger switch. But drivers side passenger switch, it'll go down but then won't go up. You can hear it trying. But won't move upwards?! I thought if it was normal motor fault that's common on the zeds that it wouldn't go up no matter what switch used?! ZMANALEX
Sounds like a faulty R/H switch. I should have a pre owned one in stock. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
Luke350
Thx Alex. If it was the switch, why does the window make a noise trying to go up? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
cov350z
thinking from a pure electrical view it sounds like not enough power going to from drivers side switch could be a bad connection on switch either the live or the switched live have a look at the connections you can see and remove the plug and check the pins are all ok
GeorgeW
I think I must have the same issue. I thought the motor was broke, most of the time it just doesnt move at all, but some times it has the power to go down, but goes up reaaallllyyyyy slowly - so would you suggest we have the same problem? (mine struggles with both passenger and drivers switch for the window) Edited February 19, 2016 by GeorgeW
Luke350
Yes quite possibly mate. Could maybe be a bad ground or loose connection on the switch. I just automatically think motor because they are a common problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
