Wing mirrors

After some broken wing mirrors, dosent matter what colour. All I need is the black part that attaches to the car. I basically want to blank off the wing mirrors. Searched for a while to see if a wing mirror delete or blanking plate exists but I've had no look. So I'm thinking I'm going to have to modify the oem mirrors.

 

If anyone has any advise or knows a better option I'm all ears

Are you fitting the aftermarket touring car mirrors, the smaller version?

I've got one spare. Broken and repaired, but think the bit you want is ok. I only bought it for the mirror internals

Mild steel or Aluminium would both be fine.

 

I would guess that the mirrors are extremely light and they come with mounting plates which will facilitate fitting to the blanking panels.
