Good deal or not?

Hi everyone, just doing some research,

I want to have my alloys refurbished and a new set of tyres. Rays alloys on a 2005 350Z GT. I've been given a price of around £780 that's with kumo tyres 225s on the front and 245s on the back. That's with the wheel specialist in Swansea.  Any recommendations

I'm not too sure about the Tyre's

That price is for each tyre then ? £285 for all 4 from Tyreleader. Total rip off you could get MPSS for that money, granted not fitted. Get the tyres yourself and get them to fit them.

MPSS

Thanks for that advice. I'm just going for the refurb, Going to get the tyres from my local independent tyre specialist Haven tyres. Still cheaper, and he's honest, rather the trade went there, he's supplied us for years now.

I'm looking for two new rear tyres for my Rays at the moment after a run in with a screw in the side wall....

Had to put a used budget on because it happened on Christmas when everywhere was shut, and it's terrible!!

Stick decent rubber on in pal....

Bridgestone Potenza 245/45 18 best iv got quoted is about £120 each and that for the rear...... Not bothered with the front.

Also £50 per alloy for a refurb is right, shouldn't be much above that and probably won't find much below.... You can normally change the colour of your alloys for that price too if that's what you want to do
