Jetpilot Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Well to be honest I've not seen anyone with a 10j wheel yet but then again I've not been on the forum long, from the ones I have seen most are running standard wheels with spacers or aftermarket wheels that are like 8.5-9j which just isn't wide enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Was running 11j et21 Quite a few have wider than 10" but in all fairness, 9.5, 10 or 10.5j wearing a 275 is the right combo, i only ran an 11 because i wanted some stretch, there was absolute no other benefit to having wider rears or fronts more than 9 or 9.5. 1 Quote

Jetpilot Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 They worked out perfect imho, didnt have to do any severe arch work and got the stretch/look i wanted, but also run te37's on a 8.5 and 9.5 for track along with some ssr's at 8 & 9's and they wear the same tyres and do the same job, widths are just for show, not go Having a clear out so most for sale, i fancy a change Quote
lmc Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Width to an extent is largely irrelevant it's all about the offsets Quote
atomic350z Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Well not really because a 7j wheel wouldn't work with the best offset going... Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Jetpilot Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 I think thats why he said, "to an extent" 1 Quote
