And having seen T-72s from what I consider to be the "correct" side of a LANTIRN/FLIR targetting pod, and the TV seekerhead of a Maverik missile, I can quite confidently state that you can keep your bomb/missile magnets mate!! I don't envy you tank mates one bit. One DH and it's all over, at least I could punch out if it all got a bit hairy. Not to mention the depleted uranium dust. Luckily, nowadays, you go in under the cover of CAS and almost total air superiority, so all you need to do is concentrate on the ground threat, (which appears at the moment to be VBIEDs) I hope the sandpit is very distant for you my friend.
