i have some hair line scratches on my polished rims due to the carelessness of the garage swapping my wheels over ( they stacked them in a pile without anything seperating them

 

i was wondering if it was safe to use the metal polishing paste on them that i use on my exhaust etc

 

any ideas or experiance ?

I think zedrush did this and ended up forking out a few hundred to get them redone.

your OK to use metal polish if it is a true polished rim , with no protective coating on (i.e. lacquer etc. ) otherwise leave it to the professionals

STEP AWAY FROM THE POLISH!!!

 

Dont do it dude, you have Roja wheels, anodised finished, not good, costing me 200 quid to get mine refurbished all because I used soding polish on them, getting them black chrome finish then laquered as cant re anodise them
