Drop links replacement when lowering

Recommended Posts

Have searched and found some useful info, lots of contradictions though.

I know when lowering about the toe and camber requirements, but have just found that adjustable drop links have been recommended in some cases due to knocking / extra strain.

Although then in other threads people are saying set them to standard drop link length, which makes little sense.

Can anyone shed some light on this - is this front and rear or just one set? Why?

Thanks
