I did manage to get my original blue elm working on my daily driver Toyota but had to enter a special protocol I found on the internet by chance. Didnt work on my '03 jdm with torque or various other suggested programs but did work with Nissan Datascan II, (not I or III!) So for me it was much more to do with the program than the sender. None of them connect to the ECU and the Bluetooth signal keeps dropping.
