  1. Did you ever get an exhaust ? im putting my car back to stock and an looking for a stock exhaust plus cash for my scorpion exhaust

Hi Bullet, didn't end up swapping in the end. I've got the true dual on the car at the moment, not quite what i want-too quiet and the oval tails don't suit the chargespeed rear. The K1 and bungs are knocking around the garage.

I should really get my ass in gear and sell the K1, y pipe and bungs but very lazy lol.

  2. I just don't get how they failed last nights task it was so easy - especially so when split between 8 people!!!

2 people count what you have and unload.

2 people work out how much each item costs and what to sell it for.

    2 people load the van.

2 people work out where to go to sell what.....

Seriously these people are so dense.

  3. Also some of the eye candy is good to look at ;)

Love the birds sat in their PJ's at the end of last nights episode boobtastic lol

    Dirty boy....

It's better after the first episode when they get woken up or the phone rings and they come bounding down the stairs braless :bounce:

Ha ha, I'd forgotten about that!

    I'm looking forward to it!

    On another point

Did anyone else find that Tim guy (guy who got told to shut up by LS when they won) really annoying how he seemed to find it impossible to stay still when talking!?! It was like he had body terrets!

  4. I had an ST185 GT-4 before the zed which 'felt' quicker due to the turbo but in reality was not.

I remember the first day of my commute to work in the zed.

Nailed it up the slip road paying no attention to the speedo as that's what I always did in the GT-4 at the end of the slip road I was doing about 30mph more than I would have been in the GT-4, I was shocked because it felt so effortless.

Its just the ass Dyno that needs recalibrating.

  5. Another post for fantastic service from RT.

A big thank you to Taras and the team.

RT did the original work back in August 2012 which was also fantastic but after winter I found a slight problem which was rectified last week with no hassle or fuss.

I would definitely recommend RTP to anyone especially those in the locality. I personally travelled from Huddersfield in West Yorkshire to London in both instances to get the work done and would more than happily do it again.

  6. I run motul 600RBF or you can go for 660 which is slightly higher in terms of boiling points.

600 works for me on track. To replace it all I think it took me 2 and a bit bottles.

    Just over 1 litre.

  7. I changed my oil this weekend and when I bought my filter was told the part number recently changed. The zed still isn't listed on the box still just small engine Almeras etc.

After changing the oil I've noticed the oil pressures have changed or at least seem to be higher now than before.

The engine oil level is at the top mark as always. im using the same oil as always Fuchs Titan Race 5W-40. I see about 60psi at 2000rpm and about 100psi at 4500-5000 when warm and near 120 at 6600, this seems to be higher than normal. Idle however is the same as always at about 30.

Also the gauge now seems more responsive and changing more quickly when blipping the throttle.

Anyone else experienced this with the new part number filter?

  8. Clarkson thought it had a Renault engine in it.....says a lot....

The engine is used by renault

Yes Renault use a derivative in their vehicles but the VQ35 was designed by Nissan.
