  1. Hi, i'm looking at getting a 350Z and the one ive seen has the bose system with sat nav. Is it still possible to upgrade this system with an aftermarket headunit and amps and keep the sat nav?
  2. Thanks for the offfer, forgot how nice people are on this forum. I'm going to test drive the above mentioned car on Monday but in the mean time I'm going to look at a couple in Nottingham today.
  3. That is a nice car but i'm after a completly standard car. Looking around it seems a decent deal. Will book a test drive and report back.
  4. Ok thats confusing then. So it doesnt need a timing belt/chain done.
  5. I'm not to sure on the current prices as they seem to vary alot but have been to look at a black 350Z GT today. Its an 06 plate with 52k on the clock but has full service history, there going to do the cambelt and service on it, 6 months tax, 12 months mot and 12 month RAC warranty. Price is £14.5k? The car is listed here... http://www.bondstreetsaab.com/default.asp?docId=36029
  6. I'm from Leicester also, dont see many 350's around which is the way i like my cars. We have a mk1 mr2 and white suzuki swift sport on the driveway aswell. I was planning on getting an E92/E93 but after seeing to many on the roads its put me off.
  7. I'd like the car to be as new as possible but the road tax is putting me of slightly. And ive seen some nice older 350's for very good money so i'm tempted to just go for a 2004-2005.
  8. Hi everyone, i registered 2 years ago with the view to getting a 350Z but things changed and i ended up with a 2007 2.0i Z4 Roadster. I'm now back and still after a 350Z GT. I have a couple questions.... Is it worth going for the later 313bhp cars as road tax i believe to be £400+ where as the earlier before 2006 cars road tax is around £200? Also after having BMW warranty on my Z4 i would like to get atleast 12 months warranty on the 350Z so looks like i'll be buying from main dealer, how is there warranty and do they offer extended warranty? ps. I have around £16-17k to spend depending on what they give me part ex for the Z4.
  9. Unfortunately i dont quite have the funds yet to start looking although i'm always keeping an eye out for a bargain. I'm starting to think a non GT might not be so bad either. I do like the orange
  10. This car seems real good value, although its not a GT it has leather.... http://users.autoexposure.co.uk/classic ... 046_1a.jpg I wont be looking for the cheapest car out there but a car with good history and been looked after.
  11. Hi, this is my first post after much research on the 350Z which i have now decided is the car for me. Ive had my current car, a MK1 MR2 for nearly 4 years now and the time has come to treat myself with a new car. Due to my new job being only a mile away the 350Z jumped to the top of the list of potential cars. No need for a diesel I'm going to have roughly 16-17k to hopefully get a average milage 2003 GT spec. I was a littled confused on what exactly made a GT after seeing non GT's with big brembos so popped into the local nissan garage for abit of info. I came home though feeling abit put off as the salesman seemed to be trying to put me of. Telling my its 1k for a single Rays alloy if i damage one, £160 per tyre. And along with a loan it'll cost me around £400 a month to insure, tax and pay for not to mention servicing costs, fuel etc.. Not sure if its because i turned up in a 20 year old car or because i'm only 24 and look 20, either way i'll be getting a 350Z. I look forward to spending time on the forum gathering info and hopefully it wont be to long before i have myself a 350.
