Really terrible thing to happen.
-
Lol i like those headlights but i don't know if i can live without mine while they're done.
Popcharger is definately gonna happen. Just not sure when. Had to pay out £80 to swap my numberplate over yesterday so i'm gonn ahave to put a lot of overtime in.
If £80 makes your pips squeak then give up now!
Personally, the spacer for power, the exhaust for looks and sound, followed by the pop-charger for extra sound (and throttle response).
You missed one item from your list, some uprated brake pads
-
You do realise that they guy who re-trims leather lives over the road from you don't you...
Well it's worth knocking on the door just in case

You can use synthetic but if you do you must flush the system out entirely first. This is worthwhile anyway to get all of the crud out of it.
Turns out DOT is an American rating anyway
.
Personally, if it was me, I`d use 5.1 synthetic and 2 litre for a good flush through. You will probably never need the higher boiling point of 5.1 and will probably have plenty of fluid left over, but it doesn't cost significantly more so what the hell... If you feel short of cash you can use a litre of Nissan fluid - oh hang on, I bet that costs the same
-
The Nissan maintenance schedule shows a brake fluid change every 24 months.
Any decent DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 fluid will do. I`m not sure how DOT translates to American standards but basically they are Glycol based fluids - do NOT use silicone based fluids for general road use (and that is standard rule for most cars).

They do split as well. Mine did just where the dissappear from the wiper into the car, although fitting new ones is quite cheap and easy.

6'2 for me and no problems.
We are quite a tall lot aren't we
Some seem 'larger' than others though

Utter sacrilege

I hate to think what you were typing into a search engine to find that

My car is always dirty, but then I drive it rather than spend a whole week polishing bits that are going to get a bluebottle and a few pebbles spread all over them the next time I go anywhere.
-
Now that is very good

Something to cheer you up Stanski...

Hi all!
After a full set of Tires. I think Falkens are the best in the price range im after, but which company should a get them from to get the best deal?
Im running on Continentals at the moment and they have been great, will the the Continentals make the Falkens appear bad?
Oh and has anyone abused their tires just before getting a new set? Thinking of Turn the traction C. off and having a little fun.
Thanks
350matty
I`m running on continentals too so I`ll be interested to hear what difference you find with the Falkens

What - £350 for a new exhaust from Phil not cheap enough?

I work a lot in the area of EDRMS systems. Without going into detail, suffice it to say that Sharepoint is a hot product and is exactly the right area to be going into. You won't find it too hard to get a job and get some decent wages. Believe it or not, Local Government is a good place to start.
You may have to be prepared to move farther afield to find the ideal job but there are some big councils not too far from you which may be worth trying when you have finished your course.
-
Yikes, but sadly inevitable if you take those sorts of risks.
Even so, I bet his life was more fun that most peoples

That man is going to die young
I can't even walk that fast on the flat!

It's great in Chinese as you can supply your own words. Like when the cop starts to chase him and he looks in the mirror and says '##' which is obviously Chinese for 'B*ll*cks'
Nice blooper right at the end, too

After fitting a plenum spacer and everything settling down, I am now averaging 1.5 mpg more.
No need to buy a new car, just pay £200 for a spacer in the Z

Investment advice
in Off Topic Discussion
Posted
If you had purchased £1,000 of Northern Rock shares one year ago it would now be worth: £4.95
If you had purchased £1,000 of HBOS shares, earlier this week your £1,000 would now have been worth: £16.50
£1,000 invested in XL Leisure would now be worth less than a fiver.
However, if you bought £1,000 worth of Tennents Lager one year ago, drank it all, then took the empty cans to an aluminium re-cycling plant, you would now get: £214
My investment advice is to drink heavily.
