  1. As you all know, the 350Z horn is pathetic. I bought some dual PIAA horns from CS, one 500hz and one 600hz, with 115db - lesser cars are more likely to move out of my way now :teeth: Fitted today, and whilst not a 'train horn' like Stew wanted in another horn thread, they are a lot more noticeable and not as embarrassing to use.

Edit using a different sound hoster

I've recorded before and after sounds on my phone, and tried to upload them, using Supload.com. It links to the site, and it doesn't have a log in. Not sure how long it stays on their site for though.

  2. Really like the handles B) First time I've seen them and actually liked them. Think your black wheels help.

Want some DC headers myself, so a little jealous :dummy:

Won't even ask why you've removed your pillar as I'm sure you won't tell me

  3. I'm sure they could inflict a lot more pain than they do ;)

    is that possible??

I once had a filling without anasthetic because the dentist wanted to see the receptionists baby that she was parading around and it was nearing 5:30pm! That was pain, and he wasn't even trying :scare: Can't imagine what they could do with the nasty little drills of doom

Funny thing is you stood there and took it like a good boy!!!:lol::lol:

When a dentist has a torture device so near to my nerve endings I'm not going to risk moving at all - the effects could be devastating. Had white knuckles tho!

  5. Good point, but what I'm interested in is the improvements that can be had when you spend £2000 plus on exhaust, y-pipe, cats etc - is it worth it in any way? I know it unlock loads of ponies, but will it make the car pull better and is it actually worth it?

  6. Thank god i've got Denplan - the thought of greekman and his drill in a car park.............. :scare:

oh i do denplan as well.... ;)

and btw i only need the screwdriver and the pliers from the boot!!!!

:headhurt: Dentists are sick evil people  Had an issue with teeth ever since that Dustin Hoffman film, or whoever it was.

    Cocodamol rocks :teeth:

  7. Its not being fussy as such  its just wanting to choose the best hotel for the money and preferring the sandy beaches to coral beaches! Were thinking off staying in the jaz meribel resort if anyones been!

I get the impression most of the beaches there have sand and then the coral reefs. There's a division, so you can enjoy either/or. Have you considered Mexico? Or is it still out of bounds, don't really follow the news. That's loads better and probably cheap at the moment.

  8. Sun = awesome

    Coral reefs = incredible

Service = pretty good except for some tools who worked at the resort. Was funny when a drunk cockney punched him tho.

Food and drink is average compared to other all inclusives i'd been on. We had only local drinks on the package, and only the ouzo tasted anything like it should. Beer is fine tho. The food is good until they try to emulate British food, then it seems like they'd looked at a photograph and tried to copy it, but didn't know what it should taste like or feel like, it was odd. If they stuck to local menus it would have been ideal. Not sure why they always had gravy and custard at breakfast. . .

We stayed at the Kiroseiz (or something like that). Most resorts have their own beaches, which you can get to on the bus. I enjoyed 2 weeks there earlier in the year, the only real dissappointment being the booze. I'd been on a Thompson cruise, and Mexico, and the drinks there were superb. But if you don't just want to get slaughtered all day long it won't be a problem

Let me know if you want to know more.
