  1. Quick one: what do you mean by this? "tail pipe resonators removed"
  2. Ahhh good idea! Thanks Andlid!
  3. *Awaiting a reply to my last PM*
  4. They're still available fella!
  5. Thanks Dene8! Anyone fancy making an offer??
  6. Cheers Doc! And yes, these are still available.
  7. No worries & thanks for the info Adriank. These Enkei's don't need spacers due to the spoke design as I had the 350Z braking setup on mine front & back. The annoying thing when I ordered these in the first-place was I couldn't find anywhere that could show me what each wheel size & offset looked like so I was second-guessing that the wheels would clear the calipers before they arrived - I was just lucky that they did! Anyway, *shameless plug* for these gorgeous wheels!
  8. Did you need spacers at the front to clear the Brembos?
  9. In the above offsets would the wheels really sit that far into the Z arches that you'd need spacers?
  10. Wow, 22 views & not one comment even! Here's an idea of what they'd look like on an Azure Blue Z: Or on a Silver Z:
  11. I have my Enkei RPF1s in 350Z fitment I bought for my S14a 200SX (I had the 350Z Brembo setup) for sale due to my selling-up altogether. The sad thing is I never got to even fit tyres & then these to the car but at least people know they're brand-new. They are one of the lightest wheels I could find at the time so save yourself some unsprung weight and all the while make your Z look the business! Fronts: 18" x 8.5" ET30 Backs: 18" x 9" ET35 I went for 235/40/18 on the front & 265/35/18 tyre which I've now sold separately. I'm looking for near-enough what I paid for them (€1900) as they are brand-new & have never had tyres mounted etc. so €1700/£1450 or nearest offer for the set. Don't be afraid to insult me with an offer, the worst I'll do is say no. Contact me via PM for further contact details. Wheels are in Dublin but I can arrange shipping if you can't pick them up yourself. Wheel pics: Fronts: Rears: OEM Stickers: Shiny valve-caps: Optional Centre-caps included with the sale: All 4 wheels: Front on hubs: Rear on hubs:
  12. What was the benefit of it? In reality did you notice anything as I'm wondering if these are all 'placebo effect' & nothing genuinely noticeable?
  13. Do the Z's come as standard with a wind deflector pointing at the brake disc? It usually hangs out of the castor arm & is made of hard rubber. If so making sure this is still in-place or fitting one of these might help somewhat as well. Oh & +2 for the DS2500 pads (for track & daily driving) & DOT 5.1 fluid & braided lines.

    Track day wheels

If at all possible (and your budget allows) I'd say get either the same wheels as spares or something that's the same size/offset so that way you're tracking's still bang-on when you're on-track - no point in compromising your handling when you're driving your car hardest eh?!
  15. It looks like a pretty comprehensive kit & it's HKS so you won't go too far wrong either-way but personally I never saw the point in going single turbo on a V engine. Just make sure you read the small print at the bottom regarding injectors, fuel pump & ECU which obviously can cost a whack-load more. I found cheap torque in the form of a higher octane fuel: It's E85 (Bioethanol - 104RON) & is cheaper than petrol locally (I live in Ireland). I ran my daily-driver highly modified 200SX on this for the last 2 years. There's very few outlets in the UK at the moment unfortunately as I found when making a trip across from Dublin to Holyhead & down to Cheltenham: we had to detour via Speke in Liverpool just to fill up! If you have local access to it though it's the business!
  16. As the standard Z ECU is flashable (from what I read anyway) what equipment is needed to do that? Also to answer the original poster's question: increases in power will depend on what fuel & modifications you're running (I can't even guess there). One the the fuel-consumption, you can remap them to give you slightly better motorway mileage but obviously you'll get less mpg than usual when your foot is on the floor if there's any major increase in power due to more fuel being used to make the power.
  17. Price on the Rays? Pics & condition please.
  18. Are they 8" wide all-round yeah?
  19. How much are you looking for them? Are you willing to ship to Ireland?
  20. Would you consider shipping these to Ireland? How much are you looking for them?
  21. Cheers! Sorry my first post had to be in a for sale section, I'm looking to replace my current set of Z wheels of which the front 2 got badly damaged. A set of Rays ones at the right price (as per this thread) would've been a nice upgrade from the standard wheels I've got but I'll keep looking.
