Its easy to burn some one off if you catch them off guard, drop down a gear or two and leave them for dead. Its very hard to compare the merits of cars with massive variables such as drivers ability, conditions, traffic and drivers bravado. The only true comparison would be on a track with drivers of equal ability. I left a 911 Turbo for dead the other day but was he really trying?

Walk away from it mate. Plenty more zeds out there. Do you really want a car that you spend half your time lookin at to see if the imperfections are visible to others.

personally i don't agree, as if it's a joint meet, both parties should have a say. I guess we'll have time to discuss this, now When I said them I mean't Chesterfield and P15 who are representing both sides interests. We can relay our ides via chesterfield and P15 can do so with OC members

Ok ok, we could go round in these circles forever guys. The bottom line is that it seems to late to have a joint meet this year, therefore we should aim for May 07 to have a super dooper mega meet that can be organised properly location and activity wise to allow it to be the Extravaganza it deserves to be. I think Too many cooks spoil the broth and think we should let them organise the 2007 event. Maybe they should organise it in private without people interfering and complicating things and then announce the plans in a few months when everything has been decided. If people don't like the sound of whatever they decide on, then don't come. Now, if people would like a meet this year then that is a whole different topic and is really confusing matters. There is no reason why we can't have a meet in 06 and invite anyone from the OC that would like to attend

Ok. We really need to agree on date. That will then dictate what we can and can't do eg camping etc.

I think that the OC bods are concerned that if we push to have this in the near future it may detract away from there meet which I think is their main concern. I'm well up for something this year but to get everyone together we need to ensure it does not impinge on the other meet A camp site kinda thing would be good for camping amenities etc
