  1. Yes! Even I did it You can PM Spill for a kit I made my own which are as good as the kit. Obviously not as yours didn't work
  2. If it makes you feel better Andy, I'm very similar on all counts...... 9yrs protected no claims, 33 and over a grand! You need to move out of Beirut then
  3. Apparently the stock nuts won't fit with the new rims. Apparantly its also a lottery as to whether they come with lug nuts of their own. Assuming I need to purchase a set, where do I get them from and what should I be looking for? IAN, where did you get yours from?

  5. Good idea Jane. Chesterfield, Lomoto, Sarnie, Jacko, etc. What do you think? Happy to meet up and discuss. Sounds good I for one would like to take advantage of the clement weather. I suppose there is the Silverstone thing in June, JAE in July and then the Wye Valley thing in August so I suppose fitting it in is gonna be tight
  6. Very nice mate Like Nismo's but with a bit of originality Are these 9.5 and 10.5? Offsets? Did yours come with centre caps and new lug nuts?
  7. At the latest to payment to me by next weekend Why so early? Come on Sarnie, get the wallet out again! I just can't commit so far in advance 6 weeks!!! Have you never heard of forward planning! You need to show those new rims off remember! 6 weeks is sooooooooo far away mate
  8. Laser alignment is the Toe in and out. Our cars from what i know have very little adjustment for camber if at all and only a small amount of adjustment for toe which is enough until you start lowering. If you lowered the car by 40mm or more then the camber starts to become an issue which is why we would recommend the Tein, Eibach or RSR's as they dont lower enough to cause problems. If you did say get some springs (or coilovers for that matter) that lowered 40mm or more then you would need to buy a rear camber kit to get it back in or near to Manufacturers recommendations depending on preference. Check them out here: http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?id=STICMBR01&c=SU I have seen them for much less when i was looking into suspension mods @ around $190. I've bought some Tein S-tech springs which will lower it 20 mm at the front and 15 mm at the back, therefore I don't need to get the geometry done Will still get it done when the new rims arrive next week
  9. One thing that has been bugging me: Is the geometry the toe in and out, camber and castor thingys that the laser wheel alignment checks? Is it all the same? If so once my new rims come should i wait for the lower springs to be fitted to get it all done at once? Or am I way off??
