i went out and bought a ps3 with MGS4 on the day of realese....amazing game....bit like watching lord of the rings trilogy between gameplay though Paul (the snake eater) hulk I love it but the cine scenes are sooo long that it bores me and I've had every single game.....

Why can't you have a rectangular front plate and a square rear one? Edit: I'm sure dcash5 has this set up......

Thats fair enough, but its just got a bigger HD drive and a HDMI cable, both which could be bought separately. Not saying it isn't a bargain or not the one to get just that the parts that make it the 'elite' edition can also be added individually Do you know what his friends have?

I have a Wii, xbox and a PS3 The wii is great a social gaming machine, but dead boring on your own. The PS3 is top notch technology and comes with a blueray disc drive which would look awesome on a 42" HDTV. The things I hate about the PS3 are the crap games and the flimsy controller. The only (half) decent games imo are GTA4, GT Prologue and my current favourite is metal Gear Solid 4 which is awesome. i only have my PS3 just incase something decent and excusive comes out on it. The Xbox is a quality machine. They can be picked up for a bargain now and the controller is quality imo. Also there is a massive catologue of great games available and more importantly there is a massive xbox online community which is a humongous part of gaming today. Someone mentioned that, what his friends have is important, that imo can't be understated. No point your kid having an all singing all dancing PS3 if all his friends have Xbox's, you don't want him to get bullied do you? When your a kid, no one likes a show off, its all about fitting in

Where's Digsy when you need him? To call that a repair is a joke. Thats not repair, thats downright plain DAMAGE,the bloody opposite of REPAIR I don't think there is a snow ball in hell's chance of a refund as they will just drag it out and fall back on the T&C's they made you sign. I'd be pushing for a full repair job at a bodyshop of your choice, at their expense obviously.
