  1. Is it true that all UK cars are manuals, from when they went on sale to now? Makes spotting a genuine UK car even easier, I'm after a manual..... Yep, all auto's are imports
  2. About £450? Maybe £500?
  3. It wouldn't put me off as long as its at the right price. If you keep it for a few years and then have it serviced at a dealership and build up the paperwork it wouldn't affect resale much at all in my opinion. The car is out of warranty so thats not going to be affected. I've been looking at 4/5 year old zeds for the last 3 months or so and NONE had perfect service history. The key is to buy cheap and sell cheap.
  4. Come on Jim, have the last set!! It will transform your car mate!!!!!!
  5. This guy sounds like Bigphils dream customer
  6. I love how he shows a pic of a car WITHOUT a Nismo bumper 'Fresh out of the mould'???? Sounds like a copy to me.....
  7. Sarnie

    Nismo Zorst

I still had a zed when this started!!!
  8. just dont want them to rub on the arches, been there done that, cringing at every pot hole and i dont want it to look like Boadicea's Chariot after seeing kingbiscuits thread, i'm just glad the wheels are on the car Rubbing the arches should only be a problem if they are massive wheels e.g 20" and 10j + at the front.............imo of course which doesn't always mean a lot
  9. In Redditch getting onto the dual carriageway. Hit some oil or deisel when shifting up and back end just went. Traction control was non existent. Wish I'd fitted that Racelogic Traction control mow. A bit of a respray and some duct tape and she'll be runnin fine Unfortunately TC can't defy the laws of gravity. If your gunning it and hit a patch of oil/diesel TC ain't gonna do nothing as the oil/diesel is preventing the wheels from grabbing friction on the road...........thats a sorry sight mate
  10. The front looks like they need 20mm spacers, maybe 10mm on the rear? Just depends how much it bothers you?
  11. @*!#!!!!!!!!!!!! Where was that? Looks like a total write off.....................
  12. In my opinion, to pull the Veilside kit off you will need more mods such as a new set of rims, defo 19" maybe even 20" and then it'll need lowering etc. I think the Nismo kit is perfect and you can maybe get away with 18's but 19"s will look best
  13. Need a more side on pic, but I'd say yes. Do you know the spec of your wheels?
  14. +1 - now you will understand his "needs spacers" posts which is pretty much every answer he ever makes Now you realise that its not a standard reply, but a justified one
  15. In that case I probably owe you 20 secs
  16. We weren't having a go mate honestly, it was just the comment that a new clutch mean't you could now keep up with a 520 bhp G Good luck with the sale
  17. Fraid not mate, had an email from CID today saying that they can't see anything useful from surrounding CCTV so not surprisingly it would seem that they picked their spot wisely. Andy: Hope you get over the nightmare soon. Whether you will want the car back now I guess is debateable - if you do I am sure everyone on here will continue to keep their eyes open. Not sure about any 'distinquishing' features related to your car (or its reg for that matter) so a bit difficult to tell from for sale ads or just spotting on the road whether it might be your car. If you want to share more......but perfectly understand if you do not Just mentioned this as seeing cfoster's equally frightening experience he also showed lots of pics of his car with some very individual tell-tales. With the greatest respect, Andy's car need some TLC Look out for kerbed wheels
  18. Can't you just phone a Nissan dealership to get the service history? They can print off the service details for each one. You can get a service book from Nissan and get the dealer to retro stamp the book, job done.
