I'd phone around a few dealers and get trade in prices,they should all be able to give you a price within a few hundred quid with an allowance for movement once they see the car. I'd say they'd offer you about £6-7k for the zed as standard, how much would you get for the rest of your mods? Why not just drastically cut the price of the car as is? Andy listed his car at £15k and it sold rapidly.....................

Have you looked into what trade price they would give you on a 53 plate zed? Well under £10k I would have thought, would parting off the mods cover the difference that your currently asking for??

Having not long sold an E46 M3, it is, in my opinion, quite substantially faster than a stock zed. The SMG box, at full velocity settings, is pretty savage.......sounds like a bag of nails though....

+1 Sorry Demoltion but there are so many variables (what car did they have/was he ACTUALLy racing you) that it's not worth thinking about. I tracked my 350z recently with uprated discs/pads/engine/exhaust/air filter/tyres and was consistently 2 seconds a lap slower than an E46 M3. Exactly. Swap the drivers around and the 2 second gap may still be there as he may just be a better driver. Far too many variables to state X car is faster than Y car...............
