  1. We have 2 x rear spoilers on the slow boat from Japan as we speak should be here in around 3 weeks. Thanks Kevin
  2. I now have forsale a genuine Nismo gold ground kit that has been taken off my own car. The kit was fitted to the JDM cars as a expensive optional extra at the dealerships in Japan. The kit is in good condition but is obviously used and does have a few small rub marks on the cables. I am looking for £50 inc postage or best offer. I can accept Paypal, Credit Card, cheque or cash... So plenty of possible payment options. Thanks Kevin
  3. The Red Supra has 1100Bhp, the green supra will have around 1400bhp with the NOS and the Zed has 380bhp. So 2880BHP all together! Thanks Kevin
  4. Hi Mark, never got time to be bored always to busy with work! The Yaris was sold to a nice young lady a few months back who is taking real good care of it. We have a 350z coming over from Norway this week for a Power Enterprise twin turbo conversion, should be fun! Not looking forward to locking horns with the manifold studs/bolts again though! Not got any plans for anymore personal projects this year although I would like to have a go at the Time attack next year. Thanks Kevin
  5. Don't worry Mike it will be getting lowered! We just 95% finished the car at 6 O'Clock on the Saturday night before heading to Pod. The car needs to come back for the remaining 5% work to be carried out. I had around 8 hours sleep in the 3 days before pod getting this car to the standard as pictured. Thanks Kevin
  6. Thanks for the kind words guys you would'nt believe the number of man hours that have gone into this project! For those that missed the car in the flesh at Jap show here are a few pic's: A few more can be found here: http://www.envyperformance.com/picasa/JapShow2008/index.html Thanks Kevin [/url]
  7. Been working around the clock this week to finish off a car for Jap Show, here's a sneak peak of the engine bay, built from the ground up by our good selves. You'll have to go to the show to see the rest of it, a very special project! Hopefully now this is done I will get a chance to get some sleep next week and things will be back to "Normal Manic" instead of "Hyper Manic!". I will also have my Supra and the Zed down at Pod come over and say Hi. Thanks Kevin
  8. Bloody hell talk about Eagle Eyes Mike! No great shakes to be honest still looks amazing but in an ideal world I guess it would have be better to have them going all the same way! LOL Thanks Kevin
  9. Pleased you like the look guys, thinks thats the mods done until the end of the year to allow my wallet to recover! Paul - I know Gaz was looking at your enquiry I will give him a nudge to find out where he is at with the prices. Thanks Kevin
  10. Well to complete the look I have been tempted to go the “full Montyâ€
  11. All the existing bolt holes are used pretty much a straight forward fit. The only thing I had to alter was the plastic front under tray. The ride is still nice and comfy on the RSR's its certainly not a bone shaker. I will put up a post with the pricing in the traders section within the next 1/2 hour. Thanks Kevin
  12. Thankfully NOT a trip to the dentist, but my GT Spec braces have arrived and are now fitted! I was a little sceptical about what difference these would make, but after fitting them, all I can say is Wow! The car remains flat during the corner and there is very, very little body role the car just seams planted. I can now push hard through corners that I could only dream about getting around in a standard Zed. Can't wait until the next track day, think the car is now a very potent track weapon! The braces were easy to fit and were all on within a couple of hours. I also tried them on a UK hardtop just incase there were any fittment issues and they went straight on. Just got to try them on the roadster now. The braces themselves were extremly well made and fitted without any modifications. I also fitted my Carbing tunnel brace that I had sitting around at the same time to add some extra rigdity. Just waiting for my Cusco cage to arrive now... Wahey Good times! Thanks Kevin
  13. I thought some of you would like to see this, I found it on another site. It's not a Z but still good information. Had noticed similar gains on my own Glanza Turbo when changing the front bumper for a one which allowed more air to the intercooler and rad. 14. As Kevin says its a customer car who owns a tuning business in Falkirk. The reg is E8 NVY Gaz.
  15. Now that sounds like a good idea! As you guys know I Would'nt normally have fitted this kind of garbage to any of my cars. It was case of being desperate as I wanted to fit some Skinnies (small drag racing wheels) on the front of the supra. I was a bit worried an expensive kit I specially ordered would'nt fit. This kit was available and when test fitted without any issues, with a few mm to spare. I knew they would'nt have a hard life and had seen some reasonable reviews else where, so everything seamed to make sense and work out. How wrong could I have been. Think I managed to warp them pretty much after the first event despite bedding them in! Thanks Kevin
  16. Not my car guys, last time I looked it was in the Garage at my parents house. I actually know the car your talking about it is one of our customers. We supplied him with some nice Brembo F40 brakes a few years back and a few Veilside body kit bits. The car is done in House of Kolor Candy red and has a very nice leather retrim. I have some pictures of it somewhere on my hard drive. I will see if I can post some pic's up. Thanks Kevin
  17. Well you know how I bang on about not buying cheap Chinese and Taiwanese products well this is one of the reasons why. I foolishly fitted this brake kit to the front of my Supra around the middle of last year. I have done a around a maximum of 2000 miles on the brake kit and this is the state of them. The disc has developed a nice crack and they are warped to hell on both sides. The car has not done any track work just street driving and obviously stopping after quarter mile racing. To be honest they have had a pretty easy life compared to the abuse I give my Endless kits which are fitted on the Zed. You may wonder why I was tempted to fit them in the first place. Well another trader called me up and told me of some dead stock they wanted to clear. The brakes were orginally for an Impreza. I bought them and converted them over to fit the Supra by engineering some new brakets in house. In total the conversion cost me £800 which seamed good for a BBK plus I knew they would fit behind my drag skinies as the trader let me try them on the car before deciding I would take them which was ideal. As you can see this is the worst £800 I have parted with and I would have been better stoping with the standard brake combination as these are simply junk! For all those that are tempted by cheap imatation parts mainly flogged on Ebay please think twice before buying and remeber they are cheap for a reason! There are some bargains to be had on ebay but these imatation parts from the far east are certainly not good buys. As you can see the company who makes these brakes had obviously had not tested them in the environment they were going to be used in and were not fit for purpose. Lesson Learnt... Currently saving for a nice Endless Micro kit in Red or Silver Thanks Kevin
  18. LOL, it was quite funny when she was handing the flyers out nobody could really say no... Although you got the odd person that turned her down and just went to look at the car, true petrol heads! Thanks Kevin
  19. Hi Dicky, that was indeed me, nice car by the way. I see lots of Zed owners in the North East but not many tend to be on the forums. About time we organised a North East meet! Thanks Kevin
  20. She is going to work for us at all this years shows, diary permitting. Think Playboy and Heff get preference. Do a search on "Gemma Massey" in google images and you will find some rather nice shots. Thanks Kevin
  21. Nice to see all you guys at JTS and put a few more faces to forum names. Shame the weather was'nt brilliant but at least it did not rain. Here's a few pic's Gaz took at the show, not much Track action, but just a few pretty ladies.... Should make some good wall paper. Enjoy: http://www.envyperformance.com/picasa/JTS2008/index.html Here's a few of my favourites as a taster: Thanks Kevin
  22. HKS Drag series round 1 report now available here: http://www.japdragseries.co.uk/hks_round1_2008.php Thanks Kevin
  23. Well a good day overall, 2nd in Street the class so a decent points haul for the HKS Drag Series Struggled with grip all day in the final third, having a few scary moments on more than one ocasion, see video. Lost out in the final by 0.1 of second across the line despite running a faster time. You can download a vid from our site (wmv, 45mb) http://www.envyperformance.com/videos/ptm2008.wmv (right click, save as) Once again thanks to everyone for there support and assistance on the day. Regards, Kevin
  24. About the best you can get with aftermarket wings. Had to fidle around with them quite abit to get everything evenish. You adjust one thing and it effects a gap somewhere else. Im quite fussy but it looks fine in the flesh your eye is'nt really drawn to it. Just really emphasised by the angle of the close up photo. The bonnet could do with been moved down a few mm but I already have my aerocatch's bonet pins fixed and I don't want to start screwing around with them. Thanks Kevin
  25. Now fully fitted and painted. Thanks Kevin
