  1. be careful of XKR in the £8k bracket , they certainly will be pre 02 models, the earlier Xk engines have had serous problems with the Nikasil bore linings dropping to pieces with disastrous results (ie expensive ) I'm a big Jag fan , having owned quite a few (in fact I have a S-type in my garage now ) but I certainly wouldnt entertain an early XK model at any price

if your tyres are worn unevenly front to rear or even on the same axle , this can cause the slip light to show, since I have had new tyres on the problem has never reappeared

  14. last one to leave the country switch the lights off... waste of time discussing this, the whole system is bolloxed, all the power is in the wrong hands..who votes these assoles in, who make these crazy decisions ?... or is it a warped plot to see how far the government can push the normal citizens before we revolt and there's blood running down the streets ??
  15. +1 Ming There are a few lady member / drivers on here and they seem to have no probs, I would suggest another drive in a different car or perhaps a trip to the gym
  16. The RX8 is sooo ugly and drinks oil like Oliver Reed drank beer Your other two choices are just humdrum rep cars
  17. I think if the weather is that bad as to require different tyres than normal conditions allow , the best thing is to leave the Zed in bed 300bhp , rear wheel drive and icy roads dont mix
  18. Hi Chum , get some photos posted we love being nosey on here
  19. With a 300 bhp RWD going into winter, I'd disagree. Have you got anything solid other than brand prejudice to back up what you're saying? off course he hasnt Ole Sarnie has only had two cars before the Zed if memory serves me correctly
