water meter every time mate , my water rates would be over £700, with a meter it ends up about £400 per annum and that's with 3 women in the house spaying water around like mad man's p1ss, and me washing cars constantly

a lot of added complication for no real benifit, IMHO..they got fitted a lot on motorcycles a few years ago they were a bloody nightmare always going faulty Etc.

A pair of seats from a 2005 car with side air bags (Dont have to connect these though if you have an earlier car )..I bought these with a load of other stuff, no real use for them Handy if you want to recover your seats and retain your original for replacement when car is sold ?? or if yours are ripped to bits drivers has a tiny hole (see photo, very difficult to see !! ) First £100 buys you'll need a van to collect though
