When I got my 350Z ,previous owner had removed bulb , cost me £10- for new one frm Nissan..looks like I,ll be taking it out now

Told him to ! but not a computer man unfortunately Old adage about leading a horse to water etc. etc.

Thats a good price i paid £150 for a used one.

 

Also the type III is for the automatic 350Z and are hard to find.

 

I also have the wiring plan if anyone requires it, it only takes 2 hrs to fit.

I have had one fitted ,but a friend would also like one could you let me have any fitting instructions Cheers Tim

Gone and done the deed this morning .., bought a Sunset orange Z...Jap spec with 12K on the clock manual version..really chuffed with it !! had a bit of a moment in the frosty condtions on the way back home though !LOL !! I can only find one fault with it the high beam warning light doesnt work .anyone any idea about getting the speedo out to have a look at the bulb or led ?? cheers Tim

 

Congrats on the new car, sure you will enjoy it. I wouldn't be surprised if the high beam light has been disconnected - it's miles too bright!!

you were dead right ,just got round to taking the clocks out and the main beam bulb had been taken out £10 for special bulb from Nissan dealer !

No you,ve done your best but as my teachers always said must try harder

you need to tune it mate, it's not just plug and play look @ WRC Tech offer in the performance section, what's what this is. Same chip. £500 iirc including tuning.

 

Of course you can get a UTEC and have a better unit with more scope for the future and functionalities, but then that's what I chose already.....

 

PS we are near completion on the UTEC offer, if a scooby guy gives me his confirmation on it

Bit odd this...

 

I had my GT4 rolling roaded yesterday on a machine that goes up to 300bhp and quite quickly my car went off the scale. So i thought this meant that it had just over 300bhp which i was very pleased with as i have only fitted a PiperX induction kit, however the operator insisted that it was doing 330bhp+ and could not be argued with!

 

Has anyone else had anything like this happen?

anyone want a "copy " of this stunning footage of 350Z flat out on the streets of Prauge ...different views included drivers view ,rear view, frontal shot etc. , etc. £5 inc postage take paypal etc..

ps also got a few "copies of "The Rendezvous" similar thing but of a V12 Ferrari on full song through Paris early morning in the 70,s..in fact this is more impressive than the 350Z dvd..apparantly the director got chucked in jail for it ! mind you when you see the footage you can understand why.. same price £5 inc will do
