.......but the point is we don't have Autobahns in England were everybody does 150 mph. We live in England and .......
Since this is the 350z-UK site, then I'd like to clarify that we don't all live in England, and that there are also no autobahns in Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland

You mean you haven't seen the photos
A true statement of sartorial style
I'm sure Val will be happy to share them with all those who have missed out

I cruised from Manchester back down to London Sunday afternoon, did 120mph almost all the way
Why Hope you don't feel proud about that

Val,
I honestly do really like your Work Meisters , but it has to be said that a few of the other Work wheels are definite contenders for top of the sh*t pile eg Equip 02, Equip 03

Looking through all the wheels in http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Part:Wheels got me thinking as to which wheel would look worst on our beautiful cars
My vote goes for the Work Equip02
For the owner's sake, I hope no-one has a picture of these on an actual car
Anyone care to suggest something worse

As Gus has already pointed out there was no exclusion for buyers requiring postage!!
No worries mate, us Jocks need to stick together and keep those southern softies on their toes

Ha, ha
Steady lomoto !
I guess that Scottish geography is not your specialist subject - Edinburgh and Aberdeen are about 100 miles apart
Gus

Val,
Stop moaning
Although your listing said collection was preferable, it also said that postage was to the UK.
You ( and lomoto ) can't say the guy didn't read the listing !

As a Scot with an unbiased opinion, then I think the Germans have played the best football of the remaining teams ( France have been good the last couple of games but were poor early on ).
Germany v France final for me

Around 18-20mpg in town, 22-25 on "spirited" drives in the country, 25-30 on "relaxed country drives, mway, etc
Although an 80 litre tank, the warning light comes on at about 15 litres left, ie about 3 gallons. Feels strange knowing you can safely do another 50 miles once that orange light is on though.
I normally end up doing about 350 per tank, have had it over 400, and I seem to recall someone claiming they had over 500

Wa_Wa,
I think they also said it would have a bespoke interior - would be interesting to see what they have done there.
Thanks,

I agree,
You have a 3 year warranty with a new car, so there is no way you could spend £6K on maintenance for a one year old car.
He's talking bull

Val,
quick question that popped into my tiny brain watching the Eyeties the other night.......
Why do you play in blue ( both football and rugby ) ? Most teams play in the predominat colour of their national flag, but your's is red white and green
I'm sure there's a logical explanation............

Funky,
I've used AC at Deans Livingstone for a service - no problems. Not asked them to do anything complicated though.........

Also, there sure to be some MY06 wheels becoming available as people upgrade and these are the GT4 wheels from last year. Oh and no I'm not selling mine...
Kev,
MY06 get the previously optional RAYS as standard in UK, not the GT4 ones.
The only upgrade option is is the Nismo 19" LMGT4

Be aware that although that luggage net will fit, it's not an official one.
The Nissan one is "envelope" style, ie you can put things between 2 layers of webbing - that one is just a single layer of webbing, so chance that smallish things could come out the sides/front/back under excessive cornering/braking/acceleration
Other small cosmetic things to think of :-
Most people think the Honda Civic/S2000 aerial is an improvement on the OEM one.
Replace the Nissan burgers with Z badges, various options here.
Front white bumper reflectors to replace the orange ones look good on certain colours ( dark ones imo ).
Aluminium vent trims for the dashboard look good, but are expensive and prone to "lifting" due to curve of dashboard
Aluminium kick plates look nice I think
etc
Performance mods are a lot less straightforward

Does the Jap trip computer definitely have a standard clock ?
The Euro ones also have a stopwatch, which sounds just like what you are describing - can be used for timing journeys, etc.
"Think" I remember seeing some Jap imports with a clock on their radio ( which we don't have ). If so, then maybe they didn't also include it in the trip computer.
Plenty of other Jap import owners on here apart from you, so I'm sure someone will clarify.

Are the bridgestone's that bad? My GTV's got Goodyear Eagle F1's and I rate them highly, anyone use them on the 350z?
I think everyone wishes they could use Eagle F1s - I used to have them on the Impreza.
However, Goodyear do not make them in the required sizes - they have been emailed to ask if any plans - "The computer says no"

Let me guess - you wave a Union Jack at England games and don't understand what's wrong with that
