Unfortunately that does seem to be the case.

    Okay done some searching.

Existing threads which were followed when clicking the thread suggests I am following.  When clicking my name at the top and selecting "Manage Followed Content" the old followed item does not appear.

Fix : Locate threads that were previously followed and re-select "follow".  This now falls into the content that I follow correctly.

It would seem the old followed threads recognises "followers", but hasn't dropped into the followed content correctly.

I've also noticed that headline Forum areas such as "Trading Post" does not allow you to follow (unlike the old setup), but sub sections such as Wanted, For Sale, Swap Shop etc will need to be "followed" separately.

  2. I've found the following:

Storage limits for Free and Pro accounts:

Free accounts are given 2GBs of storage (Plus any additional storage you carried over from the old site). If you require more storage (your account is full) than that, you can upgrade to any of the Plus tiers available. You can read all about what each of those offer here.

I'm at 1.7gb - and my account is active, as well as my hosted links to the forum. I'd check to see if you've exceeded the free 2gb data limit, which can be found under Account Status, Account, which will bring the up the amount of storage used.

yes,the storage is free up to 2 gb,the problem is the fact that 3rd party sharing is now charged...

Will see if my photo's disappear over time then.

  4. Fair cop..... totally understandable then. Although still the numbers posted (if you had a 350z) are still interesting ha ha

I agree. They make the Focus seem quite big!

I was more shocked with the 1 series when I first compared. The 1 series looks small, yet the 350 is quite literally smaller!

  5. Balls. I'm tempted by the dash for my track bike.

    What comes with it?

    What upgrades have been done?

I know it's not the pro version but it can't be the basic model if you paid £800 for it, as they are £520 posted direct from RT

Website says £500 + VAT which is what I paid for the unit on it's own making £600 inclusive.

CAN Adapter £120 inclusive of VAT

VRS Conditioner £90 inclusive of VAT

Total makes £810 - I'm basically negating the CAN adapter if you haven't got a Emerald ECU (if you have it's a bonus) which takes it down to £700 and as it's brand new, never fitted I feel £600 posted and fully insured is pretty reasonable.

  6. (stone wall with a narrow entrance that belongs to another house and which is Listed!) and some of the roads around us would be more suited to something a bit smaller than the Z.

Are you ready for some interesting numbers...... if size is the issue, you're looking at the wrong cars. I knew a while ago the Zed is not a fat car and compared it to a 1 series ages and was surprised there's nothing in it. Based on the cars at the beginning of the thread, here's the Length and Width dimensions of the cars noted. Your Zed is smaller than you think!

    Golf R L 4,276 mm W 2,027 mm

    350z L 4,314 mm W 1,816 mm

    1 Series Saloon L 4,360 mm W 1,919 mm

    Focus RS L 4,390 mm W 1,823 mm

  7. Insured now. Thanks again guys, Wasso and thanks Tim@Prestige

No worries dude, from the experience I had with Prestige, they nailed my quote, worked hard to insure me no matter how much time it took. That's the main reason I use Prestige/Mulsanne.

I'm not going to the anniversary, I was initially but I'm away at the same time, don't fly back until the Saturday, day of the event. As long as you're insured that's all that matters. Now don't prang the car FFS!!!

  8. Wow :scare: incurable I say! You are well and truly screwed, Zeditus and generally "car life" is riddled in your bones. I'd say embrace it rather than fight it, don't find a cure, just find happiness which to me sounds and looks like you've found it!

  9. I'm thinking something is attatched to my name or address. Something raising a red flag with insurers and it's black listing me.

Tim @ Prestige is going to PM me back with whatever he manages to do.

Okay well that's positive. If they can find a solution they will, they have worked very hard like I said previously, in order to find an insurer to cover my exuberant modification list!
