  1. Spotted a Black Nismo in Washington, reg read as NISMO (not exact). I was in the white Nismo with MJP reg 👋
  2. Thanks for the replies guys, I have had a look at mine this evening (took a bit as been away) and I think I have 25mm on the back, but in fairness I measured using a key and then measured the key when I got inside, so they might be 20mm 🤣 Can I assume that 20mm will be alright for the front even of running 25 on the back? Note that tyre sizes are standard 285/19 on back and 245/19 on front 👍
  3. Thanks! Will have to check what I'm running on the back before ordering (they were on car when I bought it) Did they cause any changes/upset the handling at all?
  4. Hi guys, I have searched Google and this forum for a straight answer on this, but I'm still not sure! Can anyone direct me to front wheel spacers that are compatible with a Nismo V2 with factory Nismo wheels? I've read about these apparently not being compatible with spacers but have read some contradictory information! Thanks in advance!
  5. I'm in the same boat, not owned the Z for that long and didn't realise it was Japfest this weekend 🙈
  6. As others have said, anything you buy will also have gone up in value so a pointless move unless you actually want rid. My old BMW 335d is currently up for sale at a dealer for £27,450 - I paid £24,250 (privately) 3.5 years ago and put another 30k miles on the clock in that time! Mental current car valuations!
  7. I've just ordered some polished tips, no one show me the carbon ones as I don't want to regret it 😁😅
  8. Oooohhh I didn't think the carbon was a Nismo option!! That would go really well with the white I imagine!!
  9. Cheers all, looks like I'm going to go for the resonated version then! Just to decide on polished tip or burnt tip now 😂
  10. I have neighbours, but I'm sure they wouldn't mind ha ha! It is a daily, but not mega miles 🤔
  11. Do you recommend the resonated or none resonated? Bearing in mind I would like some pops and bangs... Also, any forum discount 😁
  12. Oh that doesn't look great, wonder if mine is the same! Not great for corrosion these cars it would seem!
  13. Let me know of you find anything, I only noticed it when I got it home for a thorough clean!
  14. Did you have full dealer service history or not?
  15. Cheers! Yeah not to fussed on motorway drone to be honest, it's going to do limited mileage anyway, effectively being the second car that's not suitable for carting the kids around in.
  16. Noise is exactly what I'm after 🤣 I'm not really interested in putting another std on on, the one I have isn't rattling or anything so would just stick with it for now. Thanks for the offer though 👍
  17. Is the rest of your exhaust system standard? Did it make much difference to the sound?
  18. Guys, Has anyone with a Nismo exhaust had this? There is what looks like some sort of baffle in the exhaust tail pipe and the outer mesh is completely rotten and the softer material is coming out, 2015 car with 47k? Excuse the exhaust being as dirty, it's not normally like that 😅 What's the options, can you replace the tail pipes alone or is it new backbox as a minimum? I'm looking for an excuse to need a full new system here 🤫😂
  19. I'll give them a call, cheers for the advice
  20. Hi Guys, Having purchased a used 2015 370 Nismo with 47k on the clock, I was surprised on closer inspection to find upon it's first 'proper clean' that there is some corrosion forming under both of the wing mirrors (one side worse than other). Having searched the subject I can see this is fairly common and others have had the issue sorted under the 12 year anti-perforation warranty. However, I'm not going to be that lucky, as mine hasn't been serviced at Nissan in the most recent years. My question to you all is, am I better off leaving it until it becomes obvious (at the minute it isn't really) or shall I get it sorted sooner rather than later? I understand the doors are aluminium so struggling to see how they are corroding so easily Pic so you can all see it 😬 Thanks in advance!
  21. Thanks for the welcome along guys! I'm certainly no stranger to the forums, having been very active over on Focus ST OC (under another name) when I had my MK2 ST and to a lesser extent when I had my MK3. Since then though, I moved on to more sensible motors, firstly buying a Merc E350 Coupe and then more recently a BMW 335d Touring (family reasons!). I think there was a brief encounter with an FN2 Civic Type R too 🤣 I thought that forums had died off a bit, with the popularity of Facebook groups. However with the 370, all I can see is mainly overseas groups! Let me know if there are any other groups that would be good to be a part of - I'm looking for something centred around the North East of England! And one last thing, who do you all use for servicing? I used to go to specialist Merc/BMW garages, but the same can't be seen for fast Nissans!
  22. Cheers! Garage is a right mess at the moment though 😭
  23. Hi all, New 2015 Nismo owner here, I sold my 2016 BMW 335d for it and so far no regrets! I do have some questions that I will pop into the appropriate sections, so for now just a hello from me 😁 Pic below shows the car tucked up in the garage, on its old number plate.
