  1. I guess that despite being a bodged repair, if it was bodged back into it's correct position it probably isn't responsible for the noise.

  2. Classic Car Show | Bromley Pageant | England

After many years of being held in Norman Park, Bromley, due to ULEZ it's now moving to Ardingly, West Sussex. We've attended for a good few years previously and there's high hopes for this new location, which should attract the usual huge (and I mean huge) attendance.

One make parking for classics up to 2012, but there's also a modern classic one make section for newer vehicles.

    It's a proper day out.

  3. After a period of relative inactivity with the Z, just 400 miles since last September, she got a good run yesterday from home down to Somerset for the night, returning this morning. A well needed 230 miles return, with some good blasts along the A303, with reasonable mpg which averaged 32-33 overall.

Little picture yesterday after a drive out and it's wash today. The wait for the new wheels is driving me potty

I'm looking forward to seeing the new wheels on Olly. Every so often I think about removing my standard RAYS and have a couple of styles in mind. Then I look back at the car and think how bloody fabulous the standards actually look!

  5. Okay, it's not a Z, but if you're like me and have a massive crush on Skylines perhaps I can be forgiven for posting!

Currently on Kangaroo Island, South Australia, this rather nice example of a GTS rolled into a roadside store where we were having lunch. Piloted by a lady driver of "senior" years and her daughter, she was quite chuffed that the car had been noticed. Coincidentally, I was in my Z forum T-shirt and we enjoyed a 10 minute chat about Zs and Skylines in general.

  6. Abbey fitted a set of Hawks to my Z last year. They bite well in daily use and also work on the Nurburgring, which is handy!

It's never really occured to me, but having read comments about minimal dust, that's actually correct.
