Hi all, First proper post on here since picking up the Z in Feb. Basically, when the clutch is engaged there is a sort of metallic rattle noise coming from the clutch. However, every time I press the clutch in the rattling stops. Is this something to be worried about? I've read some threads on other forums that it is noting to worry about and some say it is the clutch release bearing? Just wanting to know what other people think before putting it in to my local garage. Cheers.

I agree! I picked up the kit about 2 weeks ago and it worked great. Unfortunately, knowing my luck it began to rain an hour after applying it so it was a waste really. Ordered another pack a last week to fix the mess caused by the rain and ended up getting a huge box of 10! Thanks ECP! (even though it was probs a mistake)

Hi all, Picked up a 350Z last week and I'm truly won over by it! (nfsu2 nostalgia). It's a sunset orange 53 plate which was a bit older than what I was looking for but considering it was only 9 miles away and in great condition I just had to. Had too many wasted trips of 100+ miles to see a few that didn't amount to anything special. I'm coming from the VAG background so won't know a bunch of stuff but keen to learn! On that topic is there any diagnostics tools out there that are affordable yet decent? Keen to get my teeth into all that again! VAGCOM was great but a bit overwhelming at times. Hopefully get a few photos up soon. Cheers
