How is this relevant other than to meet your weekly "big myself up" quota?
Seriously, Im sure Im not the only one getting fed up with you garnishing every post with a reminder of how much money you have to throw about, give it a rest mateApologies for the confusion, only thinking of possibly getting another Car to replace the Nismo if it gets rejected.
Do you have a recruitment business?

Thank for the advice.
Will speak to Nissan UK tomorrow regarding the Car and now thinking of rejecting the car as I’m sure Nissan won’t be able to resolve the issue.
Ive got a Focus RS Red Edition on order which I was going to cancel however after driving another demo car yesterday, really liked the way it drove.
I may also get an opportunity to acquire a Focus RS Heritage Edition in Orange, only 50 cars being built worldwide.

Just a quick update, took the car back to Nissan HPC today to get the Caster angle adjusted.
After 2 hours they admitted defeat and informed me that they could not get the Caster angle adjusted, so back to Nissan UK.

I took my Nismo for a service at West Way Aldershot a few weeks ago.
Great service, returning the car there tomorrow for a 4 wheel alignment and warranty work

M6 and 6 series look fantastic, however the drive is extremely dissapointing.
Feels like a huge, heavy barge on the road.

I just kept bellow 4000RPM for the first 1200 miles then returned the car to Nissan OPC for an oil and filter change.
Just keep the engine between 2000 - 4000 RPM and don’t keep it at constant REVS as previously mentioned.
Nissan recommend the first service at 9000Miles however for £85 I thought it was a no brained to get it done after the run in period to remove any of the metal residue/particles in the oil.

I will be collecting mine next week but have been informed that the 18 Nismos have a dediscted button inside where the 3 blanks are to open the rear hatch
I’ve got an MY18 Nismo and yes darker exterior door handles along with a Hatch release button on the centre console.

I recently bought a new Nismo and had the front of the car, roof and side skirts wrapped in Xpel PPF prior to leaving the dealership. I thibk it’s well worth the £1200 or so on a brand new car.
With regards to the alcantara, treated my alcantara Seats with GTechniq I1 smart fabric. Can be bought online, spray it on leave to dry and then spray again for the second time. Job done, may require a reapplication after 12months.
As previously mentioned make sure the dealer removes the transit blocks on the springs and try and get them to do a full 4 wheel alignment check on the car as some of my settings including castor angle were outside tolerance. Nissan HPC are adjusting mine next week.
Enjoy the car

most high flow cats should give you a 10 bhp increase
Agree would have thought that all 200cell cats should give a very similar power gain.
Any idea what gain are achievable with test pipes? Another 5bhp or so?
Also have you got any idea how much additional Power gain should be achievable with an UpRev or ECUtek ECU flash and map over and above the 10bhp gain from the HFC?

I bought one of these and downloaded the torque pro app on my phone for £2. They link together via Bluetooth and you can read and clear eml lights but also get a live read out of all the sensers on your car, do 0-60s, mpg and a load of of graphs and read outs.
Does this work on the iPhone or only on android phones?

If you are sliding across the bolster when getting in and out then yes, it will get knackered pretty quickly. Maybe also consider what you are wearing in the trouser department, no zips, studs, etc. But please don't resort to driving around only in your trackies or 'lounge wear'.
My son laughs at me because of the way that I enter and exit my Nismo. My bum does not contact the bolster as I piruette in using my hand on the sill for support. Like a 14 stone ballerina : )
Yes totally agree, however like yourself I’m very conscious of clothing and also have OCD regarding keeping the seats looking mint, which is why I’m shocked by the condition of the sears after 5 weeks.
Forum members complain about BMW leather however very little wear on the seats of my previous M3 after 60,000 miles and the seats were mint in my M4 after 6,000 miles due to my OCD.

Was only thinking of buying the one car to replace the Nismo if I go down the rejection route.
