  1. Would probably make a day of it, not sure about a whole weekend.
  2. Woodzman - Ultra yellow GT4 - Alnwick
  3. For cars registered after 23rd March 2006 Road Tax (or Vehicle Excise Duty) for a Z is £515 (band M). For earlier cars it's £295 (band K) per year. Quite a chunk in one go but you can spread it over the year (for a fee!). Sounds a lot but it's really only an extra 4 tanks of fuel. Try this:https://www.gov.uk/g...V149_170316.pdfI've had mine 4 months now and love it. It's an 05 with 115K miles but great condition and history; serviced at the Cougar Store for the last 5 years. I wouldn't get too hung up on mileage. Go for it!
  4. Received my key ring today. Thanks Asad. Really pleased, fantastic value.
  5. I would like one too please. Could you message me with the details? thanks
  6. Thanks for the welcome guys. NEroadster - You're not wrong there if tonight's weather is anything to go by! The suns bound to come out at least once before the new year, I'll keep an eye out for you. MITZ@cougarstore - the last 6 stamps in the service book are from you guys! Though your're probably a bit far or the next. One of the reasons I bought it was the condition and history even though the miles were higher than I was looking for (114k).
  7. Hello everyone. Thought I should make a brief introduction; I'm Chris, living near Alnwick and I've had my Z now for just over a week. Can't help but grin from ear to ear every time I drive it. As you can see from the colour it's a GT4 model, number 134. I did manage to find a thread on these a while ago but went back later and couldn't find it again, it had a list of members and the car build numbers, perhaps someone would update this one? It's probably 25 years since I had what I would call a 'proper' car; my Peugeot 205 1.9GTi was nicked from outside of our house in Newcastle. After that its been a series of nondescript saloons, but mostly pickups, done 100's of thousands of miles in them. Ok to do a job not much fun otherwise. Latterly I have tried my hand Rallying with a Peugeot 106 Rallye, great fun and a real challenge but just too expensive given the amount of time actually driving the car hard, so it has to go. It also means that my Z will have a garage to survive the winter in. Thanks to all those involved producing this excellent forum, some really useful stuff on here. My next challenge is to sort the drivers window; doesn't drop like it should when you open the door and won't close; you have to nudge it up otherwise it gets to the top and comes back down. I've got steveW's pdf document downloaded ready for this weekend. hopefully that'll sort it. Anyway here's to some more fun drives (lets face it they all are) might bump into some of you soon (not literally I hope!). Last thought; are there any good 350Z specialists in the north east? for parts or servicing.
