Although a bit damp great day out and all credit to Davey for organising these events I did manage to avoid a cold bacon bun but made up for it in the Museum Cafe.

Too late for ticket but going to visit the museum anyway so might see others there.

Looks like you all had a great day and well done to Dave for organising it all, sorry to have not made it but truthfully Japfest previous day left me a bit short on time, but any further meetings will be on my list of to do.

Agree with all the previous comments brilliant day shame we could not get all the Zs on the stand as we could have had at 3 if not 4 full rows.

I have also managed to over tighten mine to the point when it clicks and it goes slack and you think oh no, tried tightening it to a tight spot and seemed ok but checked yesterday and it had managed to loosen itself, called down the local Nissan dealership which truthfully virtually never used for a new cap and discovered that looking at the parts diagram there is a second part to it which is separate called a seal which you cannot see from the top when cap off obviously only visible once you have removed the plastic cover. Have ordered that as well coming from the Netherlands strangely but on the face of it that could be the part which threads have gone if so then the comments about plastic cap stripping a metal thread may not be strictly accurate, the only issue I can see is that the strengthening bar needs to be removed to get at one of the bolts holding the top cover on 🤷‍♂️

Warning to all those attending the event that whilst all the static speed cameras were turned off in September 2011 due to a disagreement between the County Council and the government regarding cost of maintaining them the Northamptonshire Police Force have a number of mobile speed camera vans which they use throughout the county so for instance if you are coming from the M1 junction 15a along the A43 towards Towcester there will be one on the bridge not far along the dual carriageway as you come around a bend, they also have numerous unmarked police vehicles and being local didn’t help me 😂

Hi Andy thanks for the reply firstly which list and secondly is it a case of purchasing tickets individually or is there a club ticket purchasing number when applying to the event organiser.

Hi never been to the 2 day event firstly is it worth going to and which day is best and finally is anyone else going.

To misquote Gromit it was a Grand Day Out despite arriving on time I then missed the turning and did a lap of the 406 in wrong direction but who cares, great to meet friends old and new and congratulations to all those who organise these events I know they take time and if you are not going to attend on the day at least let the organisers know, according to the oracle of all things 350Z Davey there is a meeting on the 4th July at the National “Motorcycle” Museum near NEC so let’s all make effort to try and get there.

Suddenly developed a strange rattle noise when braking sounds like coming from front drivers side, not all the time and has done whilst braking from relatively slow speed. Anyone any ideas the car is September 2006 and has just done 40,000 miles.

Does anybody know whether a Pioneer AVH-A3100 DAB stereo will fit in a 350z and can anybody recommend a competent stereo fitting company.

Having returned from Aberdeen late on Friday night I woke up feeling very unwell and absolutely gutted not to have made it to the meeting as I had been really forward to it since the meeting at the Ace Cafe. I apologise to Andy and all those who clearly worked hard to organise the event which having looked at

the photographs was another outstanding success.
