My z3 compact will pair but wont hold connection, but car bluetooth works fine from my mates iphone, try another phone to see if its the dongle/car or your phone, if i get mine working il let you know. It sure is a PITA tho.

I would of thought so, but will reduce the effectiveness of the heatsink so leds might not last as long

Hi, i sold my S2000 for a 350 and very happy with my decision so far, even tho i loved the s2000, it was better handling because its much lighter but you have to be constantly up and down through the gearbox and screaming the titties off it to go anywhere and sitting at 4k through town is not a good look, theyre an ass to drive smooth slowly or in traffic and unless its a hardtop youll be deaf when you get there. But through some twisties with some decent tires will destory almost anything beware they are very snatchy when it does let go and you're usually going fairly quick when it does. 350 is easier to drive, easier to slide, much much more powerful, more comfortable and still bags of fun also your not crippled/deaf when you arrive. Plus looks more expensive in the car park and you dont get dickheads calling you a hairdresser/ confusing it with an MX5. Sorry for the essay but hope this helps.

Might be worth getting a trickle charger just to keep the battery topped up between fine days.

Depends how far you want to go with it really, a few kgs on wheels isn't a massive advantage when the car is so heavy anyway. If you have ripped out the interior and everything else then fair enough otherwise id say use some crappy alloys so it doesnt matter if you bend one or shovel gravel with them.

Just a quick bit of advice when changing the courtesy lights to leds i bought some from ebay that had a huge heatsink on the back. As i was installing in the dark i didnt notice the heat sink was touching the terminals at the back, sooo pop! and no light on one side, after investigating it hadnt blown a fuse rather the switch wasnt working. Luckily the little white switches are slide in and easily opened and insde have click rotate workings similar to a biro, cleaned the terminals and popped it back together and its all fine but £2 leds could of cost a whole new light unit. I filed the heat sinks off a bit and now its like a frigging stadium in there

Thanks hayd350 the milltek is IMO the best sounding mild exhaust. im just unsure about the tail tips in pictures hence id like to see some in the flesh

Thought id say a quick hello to everyone im new to 350's V6's and forums so today is a big day.. Picked my 53plate 350 GT up last week and loving it so far 76k miles and absolutely standard (for a while) which is always a bonus, i sold my 01 S2000 to get it which was not an easy decision for me but vry happy. Already had a good flick through the threads and the bose aux in mod is definately getting done im a sparky by trade and done some auto elec in the past so will post a few pics when i do it. Quick question and i know its been done a million times,, i'm after a quiet exhaust for my z ive had a look on youtube etc but thats notmuch to go on,,,, sooo any members near oxford area want to showoff there z's vocals to help with my decision??
