  9. well its taken far longer than i had first hoped but she is now done, i give you a fully kitted v3 veilside 350z (minus wheels really need bigger ones) gave her a wash too where shes been sat infront of the garage the front end has some overspray but nothing a polish and claybar wont sort out over the weekend "shes a beast i call her karma"
  10. i got a set in blue no damage £50 but have to be collected from swindon
  11. i have a somewhat similar issue but mine takes about 2 weeks of non running to die bit less when its cold, i found the culprit to be my aftermarket alarm system draining it on very minimal drain and normally gets used before it dies but when its icy i avoid using it and normally find its dead but hour or so charge and then drive it round seems to sort it.
  12. i was excited by this when i saw the title was like belter need a spare set to paint and then looked at them .... i am not impressed
  13. i get where your coming from but the same can be said for say a 10.5j with -30 offset which is what i was looking at getting but hae decided to save some cash up and get some 12j rears and 11j fronts or something similar but untill said time gonna be looking around 70mm rear spacer and 35-40 mm front
  14. i quite fancy fitting some fog lights or something along those lines in the holes in the front if any knows or anything that may fit or have has fitted some and a guide on how to fit them would be good
  15. so as time goes by got a bit more done now have both the front archs painted and fitted and very happy with how it looks just a few small bits and bobs to do now, then the drivers rear arch to fit now its all painted as i had to take it off to sort the fuel filler cap out.
  16. ive looked into this at great length for my v3 350 wheels vs spacers either or seems to be as good as the other spacers are more affordable so most likely the route ill take in the short term and then start putting the pennys away to buy a nice big set of wheels the only down side the spacers seems to be the addition of 5 bolts on each hub as extra point of failure but properly torqued ive never had any issues with smaller spacers so shouldnt be any different with larger ones.
  17. i do but comes attached to an azure blue bumper
  18. afriad not it has to be the whole thing the only interchangable part between the lot is the center gauges they are the same the rest needs to be swapped
  19. ide go with high flow cats if you have the money for them, more free flowing no faffing for mot's ect
  20. Not likely to go SC anytime soon, was just wondering if I actually need both plenum spacer and mrev2 as I will uprev again when I have decats fitted so would've removed one of them. When I had uprev last year at hdev I asked about headers and funnily somebody had them fitted and made not even 1hp, i've quite in a few forums apparently the stock ones are actually pretty good. Admit I've been put off throttlebody now Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk de cats are hit and miss most wont give any hp gains more an increase in torque tho talking minimal tho decats are just a quick way to make it louder
  21. im not sure about your issue but i know some bits of the loom are diffrent a uk model without cc and audio button can fit it plug and play i fitted them to my import and had to splice some wires in to get them to work due to the lack of a connector..... sorry doesnt help your issue but after stripping out my dash being told ide have a connector turn out so i dont so there are some diffrences in the looms
  22. it depends what they sell for i didnt buy my one new think i paid £230 ish for it so was quite happy with that and sold the old lower for £50 so total for me was sub £200 that why i did it not sure i would have if i had to buy one new but as said it all adds up
  23. i couldnt give you actulay gains as i dont know what it was running before and after and its had a bunch of other bits since then aswell. the above is right but where 2 of them have been taken down it does incresase the airflow when i put it on i though it was notiably quicker and somewhat smoother through the rev range at a guess ide say 5bph possible more but could say for certain. its in effect the same as adding a spacer as gives more volume to the plenum and i think the sanding down of areas on it also smooths out the air flow.
  24. this won't fit a roadster! They mount differently sadly i stand corrected my bad
  25. Correct, totally useless for a DE. not so sure i agree with this one i fitted the mrev2 to my de and found it did make a small noticable diffrence also when mapped also again i assue it adds to the gains
