The money is from their fraud account which TSB CLOSED via Santandare. Looks like the w###kers got greedy and had left money in their account when TSB swooped and closed and removed their money... And then gave me my money back out of what they removed.

WOOP WOOP.......

GOT MY MONEY BACK...... from the TSB Acount back to Santandare...... ALL £3800 of it...... RESULT......

eBay have taken the ad down.

Warning the W##kers have this car listed again on e bay. Same photos etc.

Have contacted e bay to have the list pulled down. Was thinking of contacting the police, but not sure if they would be interested.

No further updates sorry. Still waiting on TSB and SANTANDAR to move the money that was left in the account. They said it could take upto 6wks...that's why no updates.

Lol, yes it will be seen, test driven and cash sale with the owner in Wales. Roof is fine just car has sat for a bit outside. Needs some TLC..... brand new MOT today...so fingers crossed.

Have had Santandar on phone. There is money in the account which has been closed by the TSB. Thet won't disclose how much is in the account so maybe only £1 ...... But we are getting something... The TSB account is based in Sutton, South London so were lead to believe.....

Thanks guys for your added support. Am awaiting reply from my bank about the recording. Also waiting for info from bank fraud team. Police not interested. Have put basic details on a fraud website they told me about ...but was a waste of time as nobody wants anything to do with it...surely these people can be traced by the police..? Had thought about going to BBC rip off Britain ..? See if they could help..?

See below:

1) eBay classified ad. Few short sentences stating quality etc. low miles, FSH...ETC.

2) Rebbeca Brennan82 on eBay as it was her classified. emailed her x2.

3) advert disappeared and heard nothing.

4) then had text a few days latter stating car still for sale and to email her ... Charwat45@gmail.com

5) replied to that and had the now famous reply about she was in Italy and the car was at Harvey's Auto Transport in Scotland. They would deal with the sale and to email them.

6) emailed them. They invoiced me for the money stating that only bank transfer. So I called my bank and they confirmed that we were covered. ( but money was moved from another bank but now told NO bank covers transfers so have raised a complaint via my bank).

7) was a bit apprehensive but as the bank said was covered thought nothing to loose......so moved money.

8) had confirmation and told to wait 3 days before delivery... Even had live chat with someone via Harvey's site...

9) did ask if I could collect but surprise a no.

10) and the rest is history.. Car didn't arrive....

Their bank details... 77/66/68. 00522560. Mr B Budeanu. TSB account.

Thanks for the replies... Feel like a prize **** now. Only went ahead as my bank told me I would be covered for the loss.. And surprise surprise ...now they tell me I'm not..... And may have lost 3800£..... Have reported it but police aren't bothered either...

Thought of going to BBC OR ITV to see if any program's deal with fraud.... *******....

Hi guys, think I've just been done over by a quiet elaborate scam. The above car was on eBay again but given an e mail account to sort out a sale via a company in Scotland . Harvey's Auto Transport. Paid 3800£ for it but it's not shown up and unable to get in touch with anyone. Also website is down for maintenance...? Appears a lady call Charlotte Watson was selling the car under an alias of Rebbeca Brehan on eBay. But think all a big scam. Will be chasing the bank in the morning and Police to.
