After some pillow talk with the lady asking me what's my favourite attribute to a woman.... I found myself the next day polishing my car thinking the same thing about number 2 in my life (my Z).

So peeps what's you favourite body panel on your 350.

I'll start things off by saying the front wheel arch because its aggressive wide stance.

Personally when ever I buy a car I always try and stretch to the final or mid editions only because most of the faults have been ironed out by the manufacturer, also for a 3.5v6 my HR loves being pushed up to 7k the same way I like to have a stretch in the morning it just feels so capable and solid. I personal love 2nd gear letting the engine settle at say 3-4k and boom never enough road to stretch out 3rd.

Yes I think that color is a go.

I am looking to respray my alloy wheels and was wondering what would be a great colour as I feel the OEM is to bright. Gun metal grey??

Must be great knowing the car is what you have put into it from new.

Sorry guys, the response was a partial refund and my system has now been fully installed to a good standard and sounds Epic.

Spoke with the boss without insulting him, I explained I have handed over my pride and joy over to you because your a professional outfit and you guys can look after me, however I have not received what I have paid your for and I want this to be corrected and I have every confidence you will do what is best by me

OK just do what I done, I got a pioneer head unit supplied and fitted for 300 and I was thinking of changing speakers and all, DUDE totally transformed the system and i did not need to spend any more than that.

someone wants my old bose head unit, Does the radio require a code, if so where is this usually found.

Each to their own for example allot of the guys do tasteful jobs of lowering new alloys and the like but me personally All my money goes into taking the car back to factory condition, I.e bumper re-sprays and leather seat restoring. The car itself with the Rays alloys looks incredible and i feel aftermarket alloys look like they have come off a different car.

I can never understand how previous owner dinged rear bumper with parking sensors but any how I am looking for someone near North London to repay front and rear.... Any ideas on pice and recommendation of person.

I have one but its fairly thin you can have for a tenner plus postage but would probably be better getting a new OEM from Clarke Motorsport that looks the part rather than getting something cheap and tacky in your pride and joy.

Guys i need rear carpet, they also do a net for the rear i also need this too.

You should have a manual with you manufaturers data in you 350 pouch

I think he paid for new speakers that were not fitted in the rear..May be wrong...

Thats what im guessing. Paid for a new headunit and speakers to be fitted but having checked the work, has noticed theyve forgotten/avoided fitting the rear speakers after hes been billed for it.

This is the case guys, i will go down tomorrow and be calm, speak to the man in charge as if he is the man in office and not always watching what his technicians are doing... or so I will convey.I will be very interested to hear boss mans response, I am hoping for full refund and to replace all back as normal as even the head unit does not fit correctly.

Guys this morning regarding my sound system change, I did not trust the technicians body language last night as he explained what he had done, it turns out they have charged me to change the speakers and they have not done so as the OEM speakers are still in the car. I cannot wait to rock up tomorrow, how do they think they can get away with this, this is my pride and joy and i cant describe the feeling of anger and stupidity I feel for being reeled in.

Sorry to hear this, im so tired of people who don't take pride or ownership in their job and don't know what they are doing!! Love Bullet Magnets post the clue in in the name i guess.

The HR is fantastic, pull like a train and my favourite gear is 3rd whereas most other car have been 2nd. only problem i had was cooling fans motors but I changed these for £60.

No i checked its fine, although iv had stories where its not as simple as just changing a few speakers and the head unit, you need to re-wire the entire system.

no they done it on cost, I know its an obvious one go back and tell them which I will do monday but you know when people will try and be funny

Yes sorry guys, I collected the car in darkness and the technician explained the speakers he changed and gave me the empty boxes to which the JL speakers that should have been fitted changed and also my old head unit which has also been changed, I have checked all 6 - the sub and they are OEM BOSE not JL. I will go down there tomorrow calm and collectively and explain my concerns. also the rear speakers no longer work and the steering controls for the Audio function no longer works.

So after speaking to boss man and showed him my concerns and being polite and diplomatic he not only refunded some money but also sorted out all my concerns. 😃😃

It looks quite bent for something your about to put on a performance car, a ford transit without motorway miles maybe. The outer flange looks bent so if you hit a corner hard and loose tyre compression.... hedge.

Is it just me but since having the cobra exhaust system fitted (resonated) the car sounds better than anything on the road, what I mean is that there is so much depth and character to the note. interestingly especially once piping hot it has that effortless after POP as huge wads of un burnt fuel blasts its way through. incredible!!!!

My last car was a FIAT punto... but it had an active sport badge to support the beastly 1.2 8V.

Jumping to the 350z was incredible, I and many other Z owners have a car with an exhaust note to be proud of. (COBRA) raaahhhhhhh!!!!
