  1. So looks like there are a few that do around the 1k mark... I myself have done 1k a month since i have owned mine. It's my daily driver... and it's one expensive beast to run. I keep meaning to sell because of the petrol guzzle but it's so hard to let go of... it just make's me smile every time i drive the beast. The roar of the engine the lovely power i just cant get enough of it. I think i am actually addicted to driving it. Somedays I will go out for a 20 minute drive but will end up coming home about an hour and a half later. TRUE.

i call it a ZEN drive... hey the z needs to stand for something

  2. No, 050As are excellent tyres, I didn't see you had an HR so that's my fault. It's the 040s which are sh*t, I ran the 050As on my 911 and they really were supremely impressive.

What would you do if you had shitters on the front that look brand new??

I just got the bridgestones fitted and balanced for £140.00 each... Shop around quikfit wanted £250.00 each

  4. I am running OEMs on the rear as I have put them on, the previous owner put alventi pace finders on, after this weekend they will be call Ditchfinders. Turns out they are £50.00 a tyre and they have Loads of tread left. It seems a shame to change them as I don't drive like a nutter but one day I think I'll come unstuck.

I put her into a tight bend at low speed and the front just got left on itself like a pig... Angers me how some owners have no pride in ownership.

  5. Hello all,

Thanks for the kind words and suggestions. As recommended I have now put the Lovester up for sale on this site, presently waiting approval from the mods so hopefully should be up fairly soon.

Hey sent me the link my friend is looking for a HR :teeth:

  6. but you would have thought he would have checked it out before he bought it.

Jesus man, youre a dodgy sellers dream, youre now comforting yourself with the thought that a guy youve never met must have checked out stuff you arent going to bother checking out yourself

If you cannot get pictures and documented evidence of why it was Cat D and what was done to fix it then dont waste your time, seriously, its cheap for a reason.

    AMEN to that run away

  7. Take it back. Release bearing . Gearbox out .

    JC.

Not true.... There is no problem with your car it's common and my car makes the same sound in neutral... You just need to see the car as less refined and raw. If you want to fix it then it up to you but that's if your fussy

  8. YES dont advertise your plates!!!, the way i play it is give test drives and if they like the car work out a deal subject to a test drive to the bank with insurance and get the insurance company on the phone and only deal direct with banks. I think you could get 9.5k as the leather colour is rare and its a HR. i got my HR for 11K with every optional extra at 45K 6 months back.

Be patient and have your price in mind dont get excited to get the process over and done with. Please best bet is deal with money at the bank and not your coffee table i am sure of horror stories to be told.
