  1. So it's been a while since i post here. Basically it was a lot of tiny things that build up over the time and I got into some love/hate relationship with Z. Windows started giving me issues, then Meister GT1 leaked, then center console was not aligning properly, last track day I notice I'm having issues with oil cooling, I bought Work Emotion from Steve here and they were rubbing arches, than I had hard time getting wheel alignment on Kinetix toe and control arms plus Energy suspension bushings inside of them didn't last long and there no other bushing option, on TD i had issue with head room with helmet on. The list was long. So took it to a best mane garage, - 2 floor and left it there. From time to time I would peak on it in that shady corner of garage just to see it and he wouldn't feel abandoned. So I focused another things. Hooning around with motorcycle, took daily Ford Fiesta ST150 who end up being complete nightmare, almost complete engine overhaul, put some tuning parts which supposed to give me that famous 200 bhp mark, in the end ended on 162. Nightmare. I have a proper expensive but slowly daily. Things move with Z, so got Meister back after claim, took rear diff brace, SPL upgrades for front arms together with Strongflex bushings, Driftworks front arms (which had error, thumb's up to guys for quick replacement) and rear control toe and traction arms, all on uniball's. Than decided to follow my best man route and put new oil cooler on top of IC. He tested with his Nismo front bumper and results were excellent. I was looking going Nismo route too but I will stick with my own custom bumper. It's unique. New oil cooler has better designed cooling chamber and flow of air is much better on top of IC than behind of it. Also i will be installing Methanol system with progressive injection, which will be "stealth" as the rest of the build, 13 liter tank and pump will be in spare tyre compartment plus a bunch of safety features in case things go south. Looking 750 bhp plus figure So mainly that's it.
  2. I'm in love. Awesome bike. Did my first 200 miles. Just fascinated with this 2 wheeler I just can't stand the white. Had it wrapped immediately
  3. Packed them this afternoon and sent via air to UK. Will keep here how things develop.
  4. Still leaves a bitter taste. If 1 or 2 were faulty I can understand but all 4 in let say max 3k miles is really disappointing. I don't know what to expect in future, will this be sorted out now properly. I'm bit dull at the moment. Car was on geometry when we found out this. Labour to take it down, shipping lost time. Again installation labour, geometry etc. Im looking in best case im out for 2 weeks
  5. Disappointment yesterday! Something you don't want to see from a 1.5k gbp price tag suspension and barely used aprox 3k miles. Disaster! All 4 of Meister's GT1's coilovers are leaking
  6. So far not by force But I'm roaming around if time allows
  7. I'm there since 2008 Rivers and Delta State. Either you have stomach for it or you don't. Managed to get out of the country before election
  8. Few shots from today. Uploaded tune yesterday after installation/fabrication of exhaust. It rides sweet now. Only downside is exhaust note is quite loud for my taste. Will hit the dyno these days for AFR readings and possible tune tweak
  9. So finally took over the car this evening. As usual it didn't went smoothly. I supposed to took it over last night but fuel pump failed. This morning we work on it replaced it and got the car on the road. Noise from Fusion Fabrications inlet manifold is awesome. Resposn and torque from bottom are quite good Im still not running proper tune up. Im on generic Hyper R map from Dreamsience. Hopefully I should get a more suitable tune on Monday and than I will hit the dyno and get AFR readings send them back to Dreamsience for tweaks
  10. Deposit landed awaiting on first batches Demand is huge and limited amount of bikes is coming to the market. Hopefully I will be in first batch, keeping fingers cross
  11. Bit of a disappointment and change. For some reason only know to importer of Husqvarna bikes they are only importing Husqvarna Enduro bikes to Croatia. Aside of Enduro 0. Did a few call tried to see if something can be worked out for Supermoto program but without any success. Very strange approach by Husqvarna dealership. So after initial disappointment and few sad days new goal was set. KTM SMC690R which is actually close sibling to Husqvarna SM701 but with few more tweaks. For Supermoto bike it come seriously equipped from factory. Quickshifter up/down, Traction control in 2 modes angle sensitive, ABS with possiblity of switching off rear wheel and later on even front, slippery clutch, 145 kg and 74 bhp. Comparing to Husqy it's quite more upgrade. Deliveries are expected to be during February. Awaiting on price for powerparts like Akrapovic, intake and ecu tune.
  12. Car is off for a build. Few pic's of car before she hits garage In my quest for wheels I stumble upon this. Motec MCR2-7017 Ultralight wheels. German brand with TUV, 7x17 et40 only 6.9 kg. Beats Oz Ultraleggera and ATS DTC by half kilo which were my favourites. Price wise also quite cheaper. So win win situation Only question is which colour. Copper mat, grey or black. It really hard decision as all look nice
  13. Thanks bud. Next on line is cam replacement, FF inlet manifold anst Dreamsience remap On yours, have you manage do adjust rear geometry settings. I have anembo rear axle spacers i think 12mm which leaves me without to many options to give more negative camber.
  14. Like always, just about when I'm due for my job and departure abroad assembly starts.
  15. It's aliveeeeee! How mot has expired and car is still not completed as far as body job (missing lights bumpers etc ...) I really hadn't have chance to actually try gearbox. We did try bit on parking lot but hard to tell anything from parking lot trial. Luckily a buddy who is working on body and assembly is located outside town with nice country curvy roads around. I rushed there around 16pm before sunset to take advantage of last rays of lights since headlight's are not installed. Gearbox is working fine, no any suspicious noise. Gear change is bit stiff which is related to other problem and is relatively easy diy. Quaife is such a lovely thing. After 350z and RWD I forget a "pulling" feeling of FWD cars and how much fun these hot hatches are on twisty roads. Scorpion manifold and sport cat together with 60mm Throttle upgrade are really noticeable. Car feels much more alive and is pulling stronger through rpm's which is also a benefit from flywheel which was shaved by 1.7 kg. As it is now and with present upgrades car is perfect for daily drive. Small feisty car! I can only imagine once all completed with intake manifold, cams and Dreamsience remap how handful it will be. And i really hope not to go full retard and extreme again as always one upgrade leads to another.
  16. So.... Got the car from shop. Gearbox looks to be working fine. Installed power steering cooler and Vibra technics torque link. Went to borrow a tow truck, loaded car and left if with another buddy in body shop. Finally bit movement in positive direction
  17. To be honest things are not going the way I intended. Way too much delays with gearbox which are weak link on ST but hopefully that is sorted now. All new bearings have been installed. This evening I'm towing car back do body shop for assembly. Keeping fingers cross that all will work well with inlet manifold and camshafts. Once you start playing with this things you never know what you will find under the surface.
  18. Inlet manifold completed and ready for shipment Got a video from lad in Uk and it sound mental. It is so noisy
  19. Take a look on FB group "SAS Conversions". Loads of design's, colours and versions available
  20. Found this on Facebook this morning. UK based Door sills with LED. They offer various designs, and colours with moving or static stripes 90 gbp for sills and 70 for conversion
  21. From what I've managed to find on-line reviews are that this is closest thing to ITB's and from few video's it sounds really good and loud. Compression ratio is 10.8:1 on ST but I don't wan't to open engine I will try to keep as simple as possible just bolt on mods aside cam's. I realy hope to see 190 bhp figure at the end. So far biggest concer is ECU tune in Croatia. Hopefully all will work well with Dreamscience Awesome looking Almera bud
  22. Bit of updates after a while.... Buddy who is doing painting had delayed so much. More than a month. Also finally we found reason of gearbox problems. Bearing's from IB5 which we use for repair are different than ones on standard Fiesta ST150 IB5+ gearbox. Sometimes rushing and taking shortcuts takes toll. To avoid any further problems we ordered complete set of new bearings seals etc. New LUK clutch set with slave cylinder. Hopefully by Tuesday car will be back again for final assembly to body shop and MOT. Deposit payed to Fusion Fabrications for inlet manifold which gives huge improvements in torque and mid range.
  23. I've set my eyes on new Husqvara 710 Supermoto. I hope after this hitch abroad I will be bringing one home in January. After this enduro addiction and motocross I was amazed how easily these bikes are riden. Having spent almost 13 years now on sportsbikes and riden quite a lot of different naked and sport bikes I've was aming for something light, agile and most of all fun to tackle daily activities. Since I was lucky to survive years of all kind of road driving Im not planning to push my luck any more. I will leave my Duke solely for track use, for small daily activities I have scooter and Husqvara will be for all the rest but mainly just for fun and smiles per miles. Original colour scheme is white blue and yellow but a lot of aftermarket graphics is available. Black are my favourites. Single cylinder engine 75 bhp 145 kg of weight, ABS which can be turned off on rear wheel, 3 mappings and so.
  24. Again lovely weekend behind us. All in all was team of 7. 4 atv's and 3 mx bikes. Terrain has changed drastically since last ride. Mud all the way. Very slippery, very demanding and physical quite challenging but still fun all the way Forest early morning is really soms sight. Bit of fog and slight drizzle. Beautiful scenery.
