I've been using Esso 97 since I've had my Z, is this correct or a higher octane or better quality with more additives like shell ect more recommended??

Hi All Just a quick note to let you know I work for one of the UKs largest manufacture of welding filler metals ie Mig,Tig,Electrodes, Brazing FCWs ect. If it can be welded we produce a filler metal to do it If any of you require any types of products like this just give me a pm Regards James

There may be a guide somewhere Mike, I've just changed mine if you drain from the plug on the radiator you will drop about 5L, I'd heard that if you do the block also it's possible to get air locks so I did mine by dilution replaced 5L close system back up let it run round for a while then repeated the process. Hope this helps

Yeah I do it's a great feeling of satisfaction I bought my 07 HR 350z a few months ago with 4 stamps in the book from just local garages but there was no paperwork to say what had been done. So I just thought I'm gonna blitz it and do the lot now I'm a happy boy :-)
