There may be a guide somewhere Mike, I've just changed mine if you drain from the plug on the radiator you will drop about 5L, I'd heard that if you do the block also it's possible to get air locks so I did mine by dilution replaced 5L close system back up let it run round for a while then repeated the process. Yeah I do it's a great feeling of satisfaction I bought my 07 HR 350z a few months ago with 4 stamps in the book from just local garages but there was no paperwork to say what had been done. So I just thought I'm gonna blitz it and do the lot now I'm a happy boy :-)

Guys I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, My 2007 Z with 32'000 on the clock has a slight Jerk when dabbing the throttle or taking it off, say at 40mph in 3rd or 4th it just seems to jerk for a split second before accelerating. Is this normal??
