No pics I'm afraid, I was going to take some to make a guide but it chucked it down with rain! I'll have the aligned sorted next week and see if it helps. I think spring judder under acceleration/cornering on the drivers side prbly explains it best. It was however a nice experience working on it today, I'm used to French cars!

I think it's something more than that. Could I have done something wrong when refitting? I was really careful seating the spring etc.

Just fitted myself today however seem to get a strange bobbly spring feeling when turning under acceleration? Also an occasional metallic pinging type noise when turning on full lock. Car drives fine in a straight line as it did before...

As above, need to transport one bike occasionally so looking for an exterior bike rack option.

Looks like a tidy car however it's not a cup model. Cup pack should also have front splitter and larger rear spoiler. Have you advertised on the Cliosport forum? I sold mine 6 months ago to a member very quickly.

I'm also work at Whitley, usually park round the back by building 17. Escaping the gravel car park in the evening is horrific!!

I've recently fitted the OEM bluetooth adapter which is paired up and working fine. My only concern is the fact it's really quiet? The voice only seems to come from the speaker/tweeter near the drivers window and even when turned up to 31 it's not really loud enough. This could well be linked to the fact that when playing CD's only the drivers side speaker works? Radio and Aux cable everything works. I won't even get started on the 'Pardon' issue as the volume is more important!

I take it a local engineering company can calibrate for a few £'s?

Cheers all, I'll pick one up this weekend before I start any other jobs. Do we have a thread that contains torque settings for various parts on the car?

I'm currently looking to buy a new torque wrench that'll be suitable for most jobs on the 350Z. I've not used one for a while however I've got a few jobs lined up that involved hub nuts and brakes so want to make sure it's spot on. I've been looking at something like this - http://www.screwfix.com/p/reversible-torque-wrench/18289 and wondered if this would cover most torque settings on the Z?

That's some great info, I'll call Nissan tomorrow and enquire about the paint. The Krust pen sounds perfect for what I need as it's not drastic rust but worth treating before applying the paint. I'll update the thread with some photos when I make some progress.

Looking for some advice on what's best for touching up some rusty stone chips on the arches, bonnet and one on the roof. Some are worse than others but nothing drastic. I've read a little about Chipex but not sure if this is overkill for stone chips? The car in question is Azure blue if that makes any difference to what's best? Any advice is appreciated :-)

Progress so far after using foil (and water as I didn't have coke), 1000 wire wool and autosol. I didn't spend ages, maybe 20 mins and was pleased with the results so far. I need to get the car on a driveway and jacked up next weekend and start on stage 2!

I'll give that a go for sure, thanks for the tips. I've also ordered some 0000 wire wool and Autosol to see if I can bring back some shine! I'll post in here with the results...
